A simpatia do anfitrião dando-nos diversas informações e dispondo de diversos folhetos turísticos sobre a localidade e arredores.

Eine große Wohnung, mit einem sehr schönen Balkon, von dem aus man einen schönen Blick hat. Auch das Rauschen des Baches macht es schön, dort zu sitzen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, um die Ecke gibt es immer genug Parkplätze. Für uns war Fuenmayor vor allem ein Ausgangspunkt für Touren in die Umgebung und dafür ist der Ort wirklich ideal, wobei er auch selber einige sehr schöne Ecken hat. Der Gastgeber hat uns auch eine Karte der Umgebung gegeben, auf der einige Ausflugsziele verzeichnet waren, von denen wir auch welche besucht haben. Die Tipps waren gut.
Es ist vermutlich nur im Hochsommer ein Problem, aber selbst wenn man tagsüber die Rollläden unten lässt, heizt es sich doch auf in der Wohnung. Ob es sich lohnt, für die Wochen im Jahr, in denen die Temperaturen deutlich über die dreißig Grad gehen, eine Klimaanlage einzubauen, können wir nicht beurteilen, aber da alle Zimmer zur gleichen Seite rausgehen, kann man auch nicht wirklich Durchzug machen und so kann es trotz der Ventilatoren mit dem Schlaf manchmal etwas schwierig werden.

Location was good. It was very clean. The kitchen had pretty much everything you'd need. Parking was good.
Contrary to what it says on booking.com there was neither a welcome bottle of wine or champagne, in fact there was no welcome pack of any kind. There was a dolce gusto coffee machine but no pods provided even for the first morning, nothing. Worst thing was all the noise. Constant noise from a variety of places. Next door is a young family with 2 kids aged I'd guess 3 & 5 and they screamed & were all very loud. Neighbors above the bedroom also very loud up late each night. The elevator is just down from the apt. & You can hear it. Outside this apartments windows is a skate park & anywhere from 1-4 kids would be out there every day, clunk-clunk, clunk-clunk constant as they went up and down. We did not have any peace & quiet the whole week we were there. I wore earplugs and still heard everything. Every night but one two dogs barked & barked from outside somewhere. The bath is big but there is no plug to actually get a bath. Beds were very hard. Sofa not comfortable either. We were happy when the morning to go arrived. I did take photos and a video of the kids at the skate park but because of there being kids in them it felt wrong to post them in this public place.
