From the very beginning, Linda was unbelievably accommodating and responsive. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we could have needed for our weekend. It was really spacious and more than enough room for 10 people. As mentioned in other reviews, the photos do not do it justice. We spent a lot of our time outside on the deck and in the pool, and even had dinner outside with our private chef, who Linda recommended! The checkout process was a breeze, and allowed us to enjoy our last day without stress. It was a wonderful weekend and we can’t wait to come back! Thanks, Linda!

Absolutely a beautiful home and highly recommend! the decor was stunning, the kitchen was fully stocked from spices to pans to kitchen appliances -eg there were 3 different types of coffee machines! the pool and deck is fabulous and a very cool grill. the owner was very helpful and was very responsive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great spaces, everything is in good shape. Lots of pool toys and deck furniture. Only drawbacks for little kids is the spiral staircase to access the upstairs bedroom floor. Owner very quick to reply to any inquiry or issues.

We stayed at Linda’s property with our kids and family. Overall it was a positive experience. Linda had a fully stocked pantry and linen closet which was nice. And the outdoor space is large with plenty of lounge furniture and pool floaties. The re was some confusion at check in, we arrived at 3pm and the cleaning crew was still there and only left at 3:45pm. In addition we had some issues with the pool however, Linda was responsive and called the pool company to stop by and fix the issues. Thank you for an enjoyable stay

We arrived early to see if we could put some perishable items in the fridge. We were met by a very nice cleaning lady who said it would be okay if we did that. Around 215pm the owner came and said they were running behind schedule and the house is still being cleaned and check in was not til 3pm. We waited until 3pm and then entered, but the house was still not completely flipped from the previous renters. The owner said we could come in but would have to work around them. After putting away items, I put up some decorations for the weekend. The owner then raised her voice stating it was ‘the most disrespectful thing she has ever seen’ and ‘why would I put scotch tape on the walls of her million dollar home’. She then proceeded to ask me multiple questions about my weekend and my plans and told us ‘she could shut this down right now’ and she has ‘cameras everywhere and will be monitoring us.’ At about 3:40pm she finally decided to exit the house while our group was already there feeling uncomfortable after spending a TON of money to rent this house from 3pm Friday to 11am Sunday. She continued to sit in her car in the driveway for an additional 15-20mins. She messaged me multiple times about people needing to come to this house to check/repair things which is completely inappropriate when you have renters for 2 days. She also said we needed to move 2 cars into the garage, but there was only room for 1. All the garbages were filled to the brim when we got there, and one of the garage spaces was filled with trash and cardboard. I had to personally move this so we could fit another car. All in all, it was a horrible experience with the owner, but the house itself is great for a large group. I have rented multiple houses and have never experienced this sort of treatment. My suggestion is not to rent your home out if you are not comfortable doing so. For the record, we left the house spotless.

I stayed here with a large group (10) and found The home to be better and more beautiful than the pictures implied. Linda clearly goes above and beyond with amenities and once she gets you set up stays out of your hair. The pool and deck area were huge and a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a house in the Hamptons area.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, close to nearby beaches and town. My son really enjoyed the pool and ping pong table. Linda was very quick to respond to any questions. All in all a wonderful experience.

Everything was in such great condition. The house was very clean the pool was very nice and a very nice little backyard. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect home for a family vacation.

My wife, myself and our 2 sons spent a lovely week at Linda's house in Hampton Bays. The deck is a great place to hang out. There are 2 sections - one with a table and 2 sitting areas, and the second with pool and lounge chairs. There is a system in place to keep gnats off the deck which makes it super pleasant to swim and hang out. There are many blow-up pool toys including several to lie on in the pool. The house has hard wood floors and comfy furniture in the living room. There is a dvd player and tons of movies. Linda is very responsive and sent over the maid to turn on the dishwasher when we couldn't figure out how to do it. There is a neighborhood across the street with a 2 miles loop which was great for walks and jogging. Hampton Bays is a very short ride by car (or medium walk) and beach is about a 10 minute ride by car ($25 per car for day pass). Southampton is under a 20 minute car ride. So, to summarize, it was a wonderful and relaxing week in very comfortable surroundings!!

Linda’s house is great! Backyard is perfect for large groups! 15 minute drive to Southampton and less than 10 minutes to the restaurants and beaches in hampton Bays!

We stayed in this beautiful private home this July 2018. The bedrooms were all comfy and a nice size. I loved that the master bedroom and bathroom were on the first floor while the other three rooms were upstairs. The kitchen and living room were both large providing room for my adult children and grandchildren. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Outside was just gorgeous. We ate on the deck every day. The deck stretched all across the back of the house. The inground pool was just magnificent. Plenty of water toys and floats for us to enjoy and an endless supply of towels. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this home.

I booked the house for a girl's vacation for 10 girls and couldn't have been more pleased!! The photos don't do the house justice- and that pool area!! The huge deck with ample seating was the perfect place to relax. The pool was beautiful and the trees that lined the entire pool area felt so elegant and really gave us that Hamptons feel. There was more than enough space for everyone and the additional blowup mattresses were a nice touch. The house is located very close to the beach and a 5 minute uber ride to the best restaurants. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely recommend this house!! Thank you Linda!!

House is just as advertised, if not more beautiful! Very clean and well taken care of - wifi was a little spotty, but could have been because of the storm. Other than that, everything was great!

Spent end of August at Linda's house with my family (elementary aged kids) and had a wonderful time. House is spacious and clean, has a great deck, nice property, comfortable beds, lots of kitchen utensils and implements which is important as we like to cook. We loved the location - quiet, but close to town, a few minutes from bay beaches, and 10 min from Ponquogue ocean beach. The pool is nicely secluded as it's surrounded by trees. Lastly, the owner (Linda) was very responsive to all questions/issues. Would definitely stay again.

Our group absolutely enjoyed our stay at this house. The pictures really do not do justice to the overall size of the property (we were a party of 10 and there was more than plenty of room for everyone), as well as the overall cleanliness and coziness of the home. This house was everything we were looking for - the living room had a very large LED TV, comfortable couches and plenty of seating for our group of 10 to gather around to watch movies or play games. The pool was fantastic and the deck is HUGE - the deck is also fenced in, which was a bonus for our group since we had two dogs and we didn't have to worry about the dogs running away. Someone came by the house every morning to take away the trash which was really nice. I've rented in the Hamptons quite often and some owners can be rather uptight - such as requiring guests to wash all towels otherwise deducting a fee out of the security deposit for not washing towels. Linda simply told us to leave the dirty towels in the laundry baskets - which just added to the feeling of "hey, we're on vacation!" If you're looking for an easy-going owner that is extremely reasonable and super prompt in addressing any issues you may have (i.e., the downstairs bathroom was making noises our first night, we notified Linda and she had a plumber come over the next morning), this is the house for you. We treated the house with a lot of respect which was just a natural reciprocal reaction from Linda giving us a lot of respect with our privacy and ensuring that we had a nice stay. We hope to be staying here in the future - thanks for a lovely weekend at your home Linda!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation and we were all very impressed. As another reviewer stated, the pictures do not do it justice. The house was clean and very well maintained. Linda is very helpful and was absolutely easy to communicate with. I can't thank her enough for the experience we had. We look to hopefully rent again this year!
