einmal reicht

leider war es unglaublich laut, bis morgens um 5 und das an beiden Nächten . Klar wußte ich dass ich in der Stadtmitte buche, doch ich hatte mit mehr Schallschutz gerechnet, es war unglaublich laut. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend, jedoch eher funktional als charmant eingerichtet.

Un acierto de sitio, si no te importa el ruido.

La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro y muy bien comunicado. La rapidez de la dueña para contestar dudas. La limpieza, amplitud del piso y decoración del mismo.

Leímos lo del ruido nocturno...y se queda corto para lo que realmente es. La noche del sábado hasta las 6 de la mañana, imposible dormir porque parece que tienes el bar en casa. El bar/restaurante tiene dos plantas y justo la de abajo del apartamento es como sala de fiestas, pero es que realmente está rodeado de bares de fiesta y el apartamento no está insonorizado. La gente que grita mucho en la calle, horrible. Pensamos que sólo sería el sábado, pero durante la semana, a las 5 de la mañana ya con ruidos (barredora, obras, carga y descarga de camiones,...). Vamos, que no duermes ni descansas. Ni con tapones ni nada. Para acceder al apartamento, es a través de un ascensor, en un portal cuyo pasillo es muy estrecho y casi siempre está ocupado por cajas de comida del restaurante y apenas tienes espacio para pasar, y el ascensor a veces también tiene cosas del mismo. Aparte, el apartamento, es zona de paso desde la primera planta del restaurante a la tercera (que usan como almacén) y aunque esté esta zona "cerrada con llave", se oye el vaivén de los camareros y da poca seguridad. Si no fuera por esto, tendría un 10. Debieran plantearse la insonorización de las ventanas.

Ons verblijf was tot tevredenheid.

De lokatie en de twee aparte slaapkamers.

De verlichting binnen was niet in orde: te weinig en ( gedeeltelijk) stuk.

Very good

The place just in the center

Very noisy. Urban bar (which is just under the flat) worked till 2.45 in spite of the fact that it should be closed at 1.00 .

Excellent Appartment.

The apartment was right in the center of the loveliest part of the town. I felt myself very cheerful in the most full of life area in the Town, but for those who prefer quite place I wont suggest it.

Very noisy, impossible to rest

Friendly and quick responding host

Apartment is VERY NOISY and SMELLY because of the bar downstairs. Loud music non-stop most part of the day, that becomes EVEN louder FROM 23h. Tobacco smell and food smell because the kitchen of the restaurant is just down stairs. In case of emergency, the stair is next to the kitchen of hte restaurant.. so it is pointless.

this is NOT a safe place to stay

clean, good location regarding it’s in the center of luxemburgo HUGE RED FLAG BELOW

it says its noisy from the bars which it’s ok because after 2:30am they close up, but they forgot to mention that at 5am the trash and delivery for the restaurants start working and making a lot of sounds even worst than the bars. The biggest red flag it’s there’s a HUGE safety issue, the only access point you have is the elevator, there are not emergency stairs, the only stairs lead directly to the bar and are locked with a key that’s not with the key they give you. We had a problem with the elevator and were lucky enough to have a technician come throught before midnight but there was no other access point. In case of a fire we would be trapped in the appartment with not point of, even worst it’s located on top of a industrial kitchen. Definitely NOT a safe location to stay

Bad

Nothing!!!

Dint work at all. Destroyed our visit to Luxembourg. Vey bad experience. Very old ,noisy,dirty apartment and inside restaurant and bar with same elevator and stairs. We always afraid for our belongings.We had prepaid 4 nights and stay only 2 because terrible noise.We pay again new hotel to get rest.We came back last night and the electricity didt work because a very old boiler and our products at the refrigerator was destroyed.Booking have to take care this situations for other customer.It was very bad experience. Please check again and again.We lost our money. Im sorry...

Location is great, apartment is not comfortable!!!

The location is good, Sandrine was great, but everything else was not good.

We stayed there for 3 nights: property and the furniture was not as good as displayed on the picture. Wifi was very week, we can not use it. The 1st night we slept at the flat and it was very very noisy as expected. The 2nd night we have to look for a hotel as the lift was not working and the technician was not coming to fix the lift, and they did not manage to find key to access the flat from the emergency room. We left no choice except to check in the hotel with just what we have on our body at 2:30AM. Sandrine repaid the 1 night hotel stayed for us. For the 3rd night we have to move to different apartment as the original apartment still have problem with the lift and the keys. So much drama, and very tiring weekend even actually Luxembourg is a very lovely city to be visited for a weekend.

Passable

The appartment is on the second floor just on top of the Urban bar which might be quite nice, if you want to party all night. But if you need to work in the morning, it is less appealing. Still, the host is very kind and provides plenty of ear plugs. But it is not just the really loud music from downstairs that disturbs but what is really, really worse is the bad smells: Bar, cooking, cigarette smoke and it is everywhere. We felt really uneasy and were happy to stay only two nights. And no: Opening the windows does not help, but made it even worse from my perspective. Another issue was the position of the two bed-rooms with one being behind the other.

Lovely apartment but a bit too noisy

This is a very nice apartment, much larger than would be normal in the city. It is well furnished, clean and comfortable. There is no a/c but even in the heat of summer it remained relatively cool. It was exactly as shown in the pictures.

The noise!! The site is clear that it's above a busy bar. There are also other bars on the street, some with loud music. The ear plugs provided helped a bit but it means keeping the windows closed if you want to sleep before 1am. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they were intending to stay out until late each night.

Perfect location in the gorgeous city of Luxembourg.

The name of the apartment is "In the Nightlife Area" and that's absolutely true! It is located in *the* best location in the Luxembourg's night life area. This is perfect if you actually love the nightlife, as we did. If you come for a quiet location, this is not for you.

Stay was as expected, nice clean modern apartment with noise as expected but great location!

Great location, spacious, and very clean. All major facilities required ie ironing board, speaker system for music a plus - and a nice sofa in the lounge was comfortable

Slightly weird layout - one of the rooms requires you to go through the other room. Also, we knew it was noisy but beyond the bar there is currently construction work going on outside even at mad hours in the morning that disturbed our sleep in addition to the expected noise.

Great place for a party holiday!

Sandrine is very helpful and always available. Apartment is spacious and spotless.

Location is great for a group of people who want to party till very late! It is quite noisy during the weekend... however it quiets down on Sunday. It is the most central you can get in Luxembourg.

Great location and helpful management.

Super central location. The communication with he management has been fluent and clear. We had a minor issue and they were nice, quick and offered promoted solution. Thank you Sandrine!
