This beautiful two bedroom home with a third loft bedroom and two bathrooms has more than enough room for eight guests. Backing up to the second hole of the Seaside Public Golf course and with the unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean in front, this rental home, decorated in a warm modern theme, will be your home away from home, summer or winter, while enjoying all that Seaside has to offer. Step inside and find yourself in a two-story great room with plenty of space to relax. You'll find a central seating area with a flat screen TV for fun family gatherings, game playing or puzzle construction. There is a pair of large, comfortable wicker chairs with ottomans, perfect for kicking back and reading or enjoying the beautiful view of the ocean out front. On those cold winter days make a nice fire in the wood fireplace and sit back with a cup of hot chocolate and relax! The dining table expands to seat 12 so there’s room for everyone! The large, sheltered deck overlooking the golf course offers even more room to hang out with your family and friends while catching some sun and barbecuing. The kitchen has everything you'll need to whip up a quick meal with your loved ones or head out a couple blocks north to enjoy great food at the the local pub, cafe with great espressos or golf course restaurants. All three are popular local hangouts with plenty of exciting and unique food choices. The house itself has three bedrooms, one containing a king size bed and TV, another with a queen size bed, and the third loft bedroom with a fabulous view 30 miles up the Oregon coast that overlooks the great room and has two XL twin beds, a love seat and TV, perfect for the kids, or adults, in your group! There are also two bathrooms in this home, one with a shower/tub combo, and the other with a walk-in shower. You'll have plenty of things to do while staying in the city of Seaside and Clatsop County, including surfing just steps outside your front door, seeing a movie, hiking the Tillamook Head Trail up the street from the house, visiting the replica fort of Lewis and Clark’s winter encampment just 30 minutes away, walking the famous promenade in town, shopping at the outlet malls, or just staying cozy inside watching the winter storms out your front window. The property was well suited for our itinerary for a week in Seaside. Great quiet location, across from the beach and easy access to amenities in town and the surrounding area. The house was a little more rustic than we were anticipating but grew to really like it. My only recommendation would be better beds. Thanks.

Everything went perfect throughout our 4 day stay. The closeness to the beach was perfect and was not as busy as other areas in Seaside. We would definitely book this same house for another vacation.

Over the yrs weve stayed in several different rentals in the Seaside area but this house was by far the nicest place to date. Nice/quite neighborhood, everything was just like it was supposed to be and you can defintly tell there is some pride in the ownership of this place. Overall it was another great time and if we're back in the area again this would be the place to stay.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The loft was perfect for our teens and the big table was great for lots of card games. The location made for easy access to beach walks in between rain storms and quick trips into seaside and cannon beach. Delightful spot!

Everything was great about our stay. Only one slight issue: there were a couple of what looked to be fresh pet stains; this is somewhat expected since we were looking for a pet friendly rental.

We really enjoyed the house. Plenty of room to sleep the six of us. Two married couples and a couple teenage boys. The two bathrooms were both very nice. The kitchen was small, but was well stocked and had nice appliances. Big enough to cook for the family. Enjoyed the outside eating area that looked out at the trees and golf course. We left one car parked in the garage during our stay and drove the other. Short walk to beach, road in front of house is not busy at all. Would stay here again.

Can’t beat the location of this house! We loved seeing the ocean from the front and spending lots of time on the back deck watching the golfers. The house was nice- plenty of places to sit and relax. We enjoyed reading about the history of the family who owns it. My grandma was friends with June and my mom remembers many great meals at the Crab Broiler.

Relaxing retreat
We loved this place. The beach was across the street so easy access to Long Beach walks. The place was clean and comfortable. everyone had their own space but also plenty of room for our whole group to gather. We loved the history that the owner shared about this home that was built a century ago. We also had the extra bonus of being able to watch two eagles who regularly perched in a tree off the back patio.

The ocean views and sunset views are amazing. The home is is surrounded by pretty gardens and has a great deck and lovely mountain views in the back. Beach access just a few feet away right across the street. The beautifully decorated cottage has plenty of room for 6 adults, a baby and the family dog. I would definitely love to book this property again in the future. The host paid every attention to detail and making it feel as though you were walking into your own home.

It truly was a stress-free sisters and I drove through a crazy snowstorm to get there. When we arrived, the owner had brought in extra heaters to make sure we stayed warm. We were not expecting snow and thought maybe our trip was ruined. Thank goodness that was not the case. You can see the ocean from the house and walk to the beach. Behind the house had beautiful views as well. The hang out room/living room was quite large. Everywhere we wanted to visit was close by...canyon beach, Tillamook Factory, Oregon Film Museum, Peter Iredale shipwreck, the seaside museum, and the seaside promenade. Everywhere we visited had great customer service as well. People in Oregon just seem to be naturally happy. My sisters and I definitely want to go again this summer.

What a delightful stay! This place is filled with love and is decorated so cute! Loved reading the story of the place on the fridge! The kids loved the loft area and the beds were comfy. Just a walk across the road and we were on the beach!
