Located in Telluride, this attractive condo for $970 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Over 80 '5 STAR' reviews on VRBO This is the only 5 bedroom, 5 bath at the base of a ski lift in the entire town of Telluride. The ski lift (Lift #7) and the lift ticket office are directly downstairs. So is the equipment rental shop. Our property layout is all on a single level so there are no stairs inside. We also do not share any common walls and nobody is above us. Our place feels like a ranch style home at the base of the lift and is walking distance to everything in the town of Telluride. Each of the 5 bedrooms has its own bathroom and we have a 'bunk room' setup for the kids. We have 4 King beds and the bunk room has a bunk bed as well as 2 twin beds. Heading to a summer festival with a group? Our location is perfect for a large group or anyone who wants their own space, and their own bathroom, but also a great room to congregate in. If you don't want to walk to main street or the gondola, a free bus runs the town loop every 15 minutes. It drops off and picks up directly in front of our place. The free bus can also drop you off at the gondola station. Access to outdoor outdoor hot tubs and outdoor gas BBQ's (BBQ's weather permitting). I've stayed in dozens of VRBOs over the years and I have never had a Host as responsive and helpful as Ryan. His property is in a perfect location; just steps to the ski lift, ticket office, and ski rental shop. It's also just a short walk to downtown Telluride alongside the beautiful San Miguel River. 10/10 would recommend.

It was a great location and a wonderful Condo! We were located on the second floor, above a workout class that began at 6:30 am that was super loud and woke us all up, but everything else was great.

This place is awesome. Plenty of room for 4 mature couples and a bedroom that we didn't even touch. Ryan was a fantastic host, very communicative and very helpful. our 4-day visit was worth every penny.

The space exceeded our expectations...plenty of space for a group of 9. Beds were comfortable and we were all able to eat at the table and watch a movie after. Communication with the owner was superb. Best of all was location...beautiful views, steps away from ski lift and rentals and an easy walk to town. Will rent again.

Awesome location, great for a group of friends. The 5 bedrooms allowed all to have their own room. Place is well set up for dinners at home. Heated floors were nice luxury! Ryan was most helpful.

Our friends chose this spot for a wedding weekend we had in Telluride. The whole town is so walkable, and Ryan's place was the perfect location. We had an amazing view of the leaves changing colors. Ryan was super attentive and responsive to all our needs. If we are ever back, we will be staying here again!

We have stayed in this complex before but a different unit. We loved this place. Two entry doors, a great kitchen and really nice rooms - each with their own bathroom. If we can fill it, we'll be booking this unit again!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable, rooms were large and all had their own bathroom. Kitchen was great for cooking and nice dining area. Location was nice. Close to the market and east walk to center of town.

The pros: In the Town right at the lift. Spacious well organized accommodations with separate bathrooms (ensuite for 4/5) Well stocked with plates cutlery etc. The host, Ryan, is very good at communicating quickly any concerns and goes the extra mile. None of the cons below did I raise with him as they are mostly nit picks. Cons (much outweighed by pros): Building is older, condo hot tub is not well maintained. Lighting in the unit needs improvement, particularly in the bedrooms. Homey touches would be nice, it's a little bare bones in that department. In the kitchen, some better and larger frying pans. One caution, if you are a beginner skier, the Telluride Trail back to the condo could be daunting, not nearly as steep as what you see from the window to the lifts, but still on the advanced side of beginner. The other option is download on the Gondola with a 5 min walk back to the condo. All in all I would rate it 4.4 out of 5 and would stay again. Perfect for a group of 5 adults, with children, up to 8.

Beautiful property, plenty of room for our family - had planned on 10, but only 7 of us made it. Go downstairs to ski locker, pop on skis & take chairlift. Enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings and looking out the large windows with views of mountain. Slopes in front of condo were not open due to lack of snow. Very disappointed that oven wasn’t working as we planned to cook all meals but 1 at condo. Owner gave us a credit that barely covered 2 meals for us all. It cost us an extra $1,000 to eat out that we were not planning on. Plus the missed family time of preparing & eating at condo.
