The view overlooks the beautiful St. George valley and Snow Canyon to the north from the deck. This is located in the quiet Las Palmas Resort, in the end bulding #3.The elevator is located just steps away from the front door. There are 2 separate swimming pools with hot tubs, indoor pool , lap pool ,splash pad , slide pool , kids pool ,dive pool, all new lobby , exercise room with all new equipment, showers and change rooms .With tennis , basketball and playground for the kids.. All inside Las palmas resort all free with your stay .Along with ATV riding trails nearby, there is something for everyone to do! It is close to golf courses, shopping centers and restaurants. This is perfect for a family vacation or a couples retreat. Full kitchen supply. Coffee maker ,blender ,crock pot, pots and pans. Bathroom is stocked with new bath towels , swim towels and all new linen with large soaker tub .Also has a pack and play and high chair.

Our experience here was one of our best. They had everything we needed , comfortable beds and super clean.! Not to mention the beautiful unexpected view from the balcony/ back room! The host was very welcoming, easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

This is exactly as described. It worked perfectly for our needs, and our kids loved the pools! Only thing I could complain about is the TV in the bedroom had a fuzzy picture, and we couldn't watch Netflix or any other apps that you can watch in the family room on the router tv.

This was our first time as a family coming to St. George. We had a great time! The condo was conveniently located. It was very clean and the resort has everything for my kids to do! We will definitely be back!

Overall okay. Limited natural light. Bed in principal bedroom was good. Needing minor things like oven mitts, sharp knives, scissors, lid to large pot and late evening internet was poor. Property manager very responsive to inquiry about humming noise in unit.

We loved the view out the balcony window! We loved the hike available just up the road. The enclosed balcony worked well for a bedroom for our children. The weather was colder than we had hoped during our stay and we were so happy that the resort had an indoor pool and hot tub.

Doesn't Really Sleep 6, Especially in the Winter

First of all, the condo was really clean and had everything we could have needed! Second, my family of six (two parents, four kids) stayed here in February. The enclosed balcony (with the trundle bed) isn't heated, and it got down into the 30's at night, so sleeping out on the balcony wasn't an option. We weren't expecting this, so we then had to have all six of us fit inside, without two beds that we were planning on. It was crazy! Between the sofa bed and two kids sleeping on recliners, there really wasn't even room to walk around the living room! Thankfully we didn't spend a lot of time inside the condo (the pools are AMAZING!), we survived.

The condo was easy to find, clean and had everything we would need for our stay. It was quiet during our stay in late Jan. which was nice. View was beautiful. The bed was on the firmer side, still comfortable.
