Superb
Small complex with pool in courtyard. Nearby supermarket, dining experiences and town centre. Spacious apartments. Quiet neighbourhood. Easy check in. Drinking water supplied. Good ac. Coffee shop on site and breakfast Cafe next door.
No wine glasses. Sofa was not comfortable.

Exceptional
Great value for the price. Very comfortable beds, spacious decorated rooms, such a nice little swimming pool. We had a car but enjoyed walks to downtown instead of driving (10 min). Owner / personnel were amazing and very welcoming, they arranged a crib for us late in the evening because we forgot to ask on time.

Exceptional
The apartment was nice, rooms were spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool. They also loved the Christmas activities at parque municipal and corpus Christi.
A bit far from the center. 15min. walk. which is not bad, cause the beach here is better than the center. It is near 2 supermarkets, a cinema and stores.

Nice place in Cozumel. Easy to get to town and Grocery store
Location was just a few blocks from the grocery store and downtown. Nice pool and spacious room.
Would have been better to have a king mattress on the wood frame . It was hard to get in and out without tripping on the edges.

Wonderful small condo complex with coffee shop in perfect location for quiet stay + close to grocery
Perfect location by a friend, by the main drag, by the Chedraui and yet quiet. AC worked great, appreciated the big 10 gallon jug of water in the kitchen. Liked full kitchen and big bathroom.
Wifi could have been stronger, and lighting in the main room could have been a little better. If you want privacy from the pool, you have to keep the shade closed which led the main room to be a little on the dark side.

Nice easy going Apartments. Very courteous hosts. IF YOU HAVE A ♥ FOR DOGS 🐶: Across the street a few meters on the right side (see pic) there is such a lovely, poor black dog. He is locked behind a black grating the whole day. The dog is very trusting and submissive. Say hello to him & donate him some cuddles 🤗 Thank you!
