Any morning you have coffee and possibility to cook for yourself. It is kept very close to the store and to the sea side of the Paseo Marittimo. The bus stop is nearby and the airport 10 km.

The apartment and the location were superb, we absolutely loved the place. Communication with the host was good and we appreciated the regular changing of towels and sheets. Would thoroughly recommend.

The location of this apartment was incredible. Right near the cathedral! At times there was a bit of street noise but only for a few hours during the day (silent at night). The apartment itself is stunning and clearly has rich history. Annachiara and Fernando were extremely communicative. The rooftop was also amazing. I could have not asked for a better stay. Next time I’m in Palma I will book this apartment again!

For five days I have rented this beautiful apartment right next to the cathedral. Very good location and very well equiped. The roof terrace can be shared with other tennants in the house.

Lots of historic features to the building created a great atmosphere from the moment we arrived. Apartment was comfortable/restful on level 2 (37stairs) of the building, roof terrace level 4. Lots of restaurants, points of interest within a few minutes walk.

Very helpful check-in process, and friendly owner. Some bathroom drainage challenges, but the owners flexibility on our last day made up for any inconveniences caused.

This property is fascinating, having a long association with the adjacent cathedral. Anna Chiara and Fernando are very welcoming hosts. The apartment is large and airy, but the furniture and kitchen equipment is a bit basic.

Beste Altstadtlage, tolle Dachterrasse
Die großzügige Wohnung im 2. Stock (über ausgetretene Stufen) ist in künstlerischem Stil mit etlichen alten Möbeln eingerichtet, die Betten und alles andere sehr gemütlich. Der Clou ist die Dachterrasse ganz nah am Dach der Kathedrale, herrlicher Ausblick. Schon im Februar verwöhnt sie Bleichgesichter mit strahlender Vormittagssonne . Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
