The apartment is located in a convenient location. Close to shops, shopping centers and the city center. In front of the house, on the other side of the street, there is a parking lot, convenient for those who come with their own transport.

Unfortunately, when we arrived at the apartment, we found it poorly cleaned: dirty sink, a gas stove, a kettle full of lime, crumbs and loose items under the dining room and living room tables. The corner sofa is full of crumbs. the bedrooms are full of dust on and under the beds. We even found a dirty ear pick behind the door. The doors of the closet are creaky, there are no shelves in they are simply placed at the bottom of the closet. All the decorative pillows on the beds were unclean, so we had to wash them ourselves. There is no paper holder in the bathroom, it is broken, as is the holder for the shower, there is no place to put shampoo or somerhing in the shower, the water mixer also need to be repaired. The dining table was dirty and needs to be changed a long time ago, the dining room chairs are dirty. The balcony has a fantastic view of the sea, but everything there is full of dust . We were really looking forward to this trip and I was very disappointed with what I got for really big money. The apartment administrator was trying to be healpful and remove some of the idues, but basically the apartment needs cosmetic repairs and a very good cleaning.

Good location - with room for improvement

Well equipped place in a good location to explore Tiberias. The host was nice and helpful - and brought us a towels rack (that was missing in the bathroom). Check-in was really easy through a key box.

The place could definitely be more clean. There were insects everywhere and the balcony was a mess (pigeon droppings). One of the towels had stains on it. We didn't like that the host tried to talk us into a 10* review after the stay - even though there were the mentioned problems.

Our stay was great, our family was very comfortable and we enjoyed our time there very much.

Very good place to stay in Tiberias. Strongly recommend it.

The location was very good, a walking distance from the main attractions in Tiberias and close to supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies, which is very convenient. The two-bedroom apartment was clean and comfortable, with all facilities one needs for a good stay. Parking is easy, free and safe in front of the building. The host was very attentive upon check-in and, by phone, gave all necessary assistance to reach and enter the apartment, as well as use its facilities. Strongly recommend it.

very clean, lots of amenities and the staff was very kind and helpful

air conditioners need maintenance humidity, smelled like old wet clothes we didn’t use them due to this other than that, everything was perfect

Very good apartment and excellent service from Nir the host.

Good space and layout, although if there are 6 adults it maybe a bit little bit tight in the living area if you plan on spending a lot of time in the apartment. It was fine for us as 4 adults and a child. Rooms are good size and well set up. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds and good bedding. Nir our host was fantastic and responded to our queries and requests. Nothing was too much trouble.

The property didn’t quite look like the photos and there were a few issues with our check in . the surrounding area was

Good property let down by bad management.

Nice location, view of the lake, modern building, stylish decor and good equipment. Could check out a couple of hours later than stated on the booking.

Rotten milk in the kittle, dirty microwave, despite the separate cleaning charge which is almost equal to the cost of the apartment and which appears only on final confirmation screen on booking.com. Support was done via multiple WhatsApp accounts asking lots of questions and details thought out the whole stay. Unclear instructions how to access the property.

Excellent apartment, easy walking distance to the center, restaurants etc. The apartment was immaculate and had everything that was needed. Clean soft towels, AC, big fridge, Coffee machine with plenty of capsules (made my wife very happy). Enormous TVs in every room

Needed to switch on the water boiler for 30 minutes before a shower. Shower room was a little tight, but maybe that is just because I am a little big.

I Missed my Bed

Great View. Good location. They left the AC on for us so it was cool when we got in.

Management company was very unprofessional. I asked to communicate via Bookings and they got my personal WhatsApp and didn't stop texting me throughout..etc. Gave little space and showed up before checkout to make sure we were heading out. Unprofessional. Unclean place. Water damage/mold, shower drain was very clogged, AC broke, but they did send someone to fix it. ABC gum on the bed table.

Good for family

It was a very good apartment and helpfull staff specially Nir. We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is really clean and very comfortable. The best part was the barbeque in the sea view.

The only problem I faced is that I am not Israeli citizens but still they charge 17% tax. This is a little disappointing. Overall it was good.

Beware of the cleaning fee

Design is beautiful. Nice modern building. Balcony. They cares through WhatsApp. Mr. Nir helped me with door unlock later at night and sent me few information.

Beware, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of approximately 270 NIS, this is not fair and should be clearly written in the description! Toilet paper cannot be flushed down the toilet. You must complete the check-in and chechkout online form - upload your ID. Could be a problem for the less tech-savvy, but on the other hand, they offer help on WhatsApp. The hotline is in Hebrew only and has some opening hours.

couldn’t have been more relaxing and comfortable with lovely lake view

easy position with good parking as that is hard in town square. we loved the balcony with its many seats especially the swing and rocking chair which made it very comfortable to watch the sunrise.

I would have loved a bath as that’s my preference but the shower was really good.
