About this condo rental
Situated in Provincetown, this lovely condo for $249 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. This unit has two bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and 1 with two twin beds. A great option for families! This 1st floor unit has a spacious, open concept living, dining and kitchen area with views of the Pilgrim Monument. Cute sitting porch in front that is a great people watching spot and a large, private screened porch in rear, with fold down table for al fresco dining or just enjoying the outdoors. Home features in unit laundry, fully stocked kitchen with dining area that can be expanded to accommodate up to 8 people. All linens provided. Wireless internet connection throughout the unit and a desk/work space available in the main bedroom. Living room has a flat screen TV, VCR, DVD player and CD stereo. A separate flat screen TV and DVD player are provided in the main bedroom. In season, each of the bedrooms and the living/dining area have window air conditioners to keep you cool. The unit also has full baseboard, forced hot water heating system for the colder weather periods. You can walk to virtually everything Ptown has to offer - restaurants, clubs, bars, shops, galleries, bay beaches - from this centrally located unit. The unit has one assigned parking space right in front. Additional parking (for a fee in season) is available directly across the street. The location is a short walk from where both of the 90 minute high speed ferry services dock on Macmillan Pier, during the season, to and from Boston. That means you won't even need a car to get here and you can avoid the lower cape and bridge area traffic getting on and off cape. Town of Provincetown, Certificate to Rent Property # BOHR-22-1225.

Kevin's cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, and had a complete kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample towels. It was very well appointed; he thought of everything!

Very comfortable and well appointed home. The kitchen is fully equipped/stocked for all cooking needs, including outdoor grill and spices above the gas range. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance to the town center and its restaurants. There is a terrific corner store a block and a half away with groceries, beer/wine, excellent baked goods, sandwiches, etc. I would rent this VRBO again.

Kevin thought of everything for his guests. The location is about a 2 minute walk from Far Land Provisions. Need a sandwich, coffee or alcohol, this is your spot. Take a coffee back and sit on the front porch. The house is warm and inviting and plenty of space for four people. The convenience of trash and recycling disposal is amazing. I would absolutely stay again.

We had such a great experience with Kevin last year that we were back this year for Bear Week and will be back in October for Spooky Bear. He keeps an incredibly clean, well stocked( paper towels T.P. napkins, etc) and organized place. It is a very comfortable property within short walking distance to everything in Ptown. He is most gracious in his communication and overall has been a true find.

My friends and I planned a week long trip to Ptown at the beginning of July. We loved everything about Kevin's property! The interior felt very comfortable and relaxing and we enjoyed lounging in the common spaces when we weren't out exploring. The location made it close enough to walk to anywhere you need on Commerical St. We found the unit perfect for our needs, well stocked with items, and would stay again. Thanks!

Pros: rare setup of two beds in a room (great for those who don't want to share a bed), good value for Ptown, everything functional and present (e.g., kitchen supplies & tools, basic toiletries, umbrellas), central enough East End location (right north of the library, ~7 min walk to town hall). No real cons - maybe if you're a very light sleeper, the window unit AC can be loud, and you may hear upstairs neighbors or light traffic. But wasn't a big issue for any of us.

Kevin’s property is amazing. The location is perfect for experiencing downtown Provincetown. The home is well appointed and it was spotless when we arrived. This space was perfect for a short stay in P-town. Comfortable and quiet while still very close to Commercial Street and anywhere we wanted to be. Arrival and departure were hassle free and we had everything we needed in the kitchen and throughout the house.

My wife, daughter and I typically vacation in Cape Cod in October each year. We normally stay in Provincetown where we have over sand SUV access at Race point. The restaurants in the area are very good, and the town shops are varied and interesting. Kevin’s place is in a central location, with access to most of the town in walking distance. That saves money because Kevin provides a parking spot at his house, and parking is at a premium in Provincetown. The house has a very comfy feel to it. It is well equipped for our party of three. This was our second visit to Kevin’s house, and it won’t be out last. We would highly recommend checking out this VRBO location. Kudos Kevin!

This was our second time at this rental and would definitely come back again. Be aware though that there is really no outdoor space. Master bedroom bed was a little soft for my preference was only other issue.

I spent more time indoors than I expected because the apartment was so cheerful. Kevin's attention to detail was amazing from the lighting, well placed chargers, and so many other small details. It felt like being in a perfect bed and breakfast, but with a kitchen and a lot of space.

Easy walk to MacMillan & Commercial St, CVS and bicycle rentals. Far Land Provisions is right around the corner. Conwell St has no sidewalks and traffic can be heavy, which is a little unnerving; you can walk through the parking lot across the street though.The house is well appointed, a bit too dark inside for my taste but fine.
