Nice apartment, awful staff - your rules are ok but there’s a way to talk to guests.

The apartment looks nice and great location.

- The property managers are extremely unfriendly. We got in an argument with them because we dared to ask for extra towels (only 2 were provided overall for the apartment and one small not sure if it was a bathmat or for the hands). I would say it’s customary to have at least 2 towels per person + bathmats + hand towel. This is also how the property is advertised. But when we requested they acted like it was super difficult to organize because they’re a self service company (which isn’t actually stated anywhere and also unclear what that means) and that we needed to pay extra if we wanted to change the sheets and towels during our stay when it had nothing to do with it. We ended up getting the towels the following day around noon after several unpleasant interactions with the property management team including “to choose our words wisely”. I don’t understand why it’s so complicated to make guests feel good in your property. - On top of that, on booking the description says that loud music and tv are prohibited as of 9pm, but we received a list of rules via email of where it says noise above 75db and as of 8pm and in the property policy on booking it says quiet hours from 22h to 8h. I am not sure how guests are supposed to know what 75db is or what quiet hours they are going to be held to. - this email with rules had a very unfriendly tone and contained threats of fines for various infringements, which is just extremely unpleasant when you’re on vacation. It also said that we can write reviews but essentially to “not complain” too much. It had also this uncomfortable tone that we were being observed because they had sensors for noise and smoke and everything. - The TV is not smart and has a snowy image and only Hungarian channels not even BBC or any international news. - The mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work so difficult to put on makeup.

Great place to stay

Large clean apartment situated close to all the restaurants bars. Close to the Metro so you can easily get about to all the city.

Heating set by owner no way to adjust.

great location/ The city center was accessible by foot and a central metro station was very close friendly host/ Easy communication through what's up app in order to be provided with teh appartement keys renovated apartement/ The place was new and beuatiful even if the bulding was quit old

The Apartment was really nice, located in a charming building just outside Oktogon metro station it was a great place to stay. Would recommend to everyone.

definitely not come back especially because of the heating and hot water control

modern and spacious place , clean and very close to opera and Basilica.

before we get there we had few phone calls what time we’re going to be there and we’re messaged the property that our flight is at 10pm €10 for late check in we had no hot water at midnight and power cut at the same time we phone the host she said she can’t do anything my husband fixed it so we had power back at 1 am heating and hot water controlled by the owner so whenever you hot or cold you can’t do anything few things missed just one towel per person(no face , hand towel) no bath math ( floor is very slippery because there’s no shower curtain ) no kitchen paper towel or just normal kitchen towel just two rolls of toilet paper over 4 days 😬

nice apartment in the center

The apartment is located at an excellent address in the inner city, so there is peace throughout the day. There are many good restaurants in the area. There is a subway around the corner. The equipment of the apartment corresponds to the photos placed on booking. The TV control was not working during my stay.

the apartment was cute, good lighting and the neighbourhood was nice aswell. Tamás ( landlord ?¿) was also very helpful and handy.

Uncomfortable stay

Good location, good mattress, fresh looking apartment.

Old run-down building with no elevator. The toilet is in a separate room across the living room from the bathroom (where the sink is). There is a dangerous bathtub to get in and out as it is very high and uneven. There is no curtain or anything to keep the water from spilling everywhere, there is no drain on the bathroom floor and water pools there, there was a rotten mop with nowhere to ring it from the water it absorbed and it became smelly. There was no trashcan in the bathroom. They didn't offer any toilet paper at all. The shower head was broken so we showered with the hose. No bedstands in the bedroom.

Very good

Great location. Good AC and a comfortable bed.

Was not really clean if you looked closely (dust, mold near the bath tub and some dirt in the corners). It looked like there was still some renovation going on (paint pot behind the bed and a tile missing on the wall at the TV'S.

Lack of good heating, some of the items listed as stated were either broken or missing, took me a week of calls and texts to get them replaced Internet was not very good, kept dropping

Hot water missing! No solutions.

Good location. Nice apartment.

After asking more than 3 times at what time we'll arrive and asking to confirm it, thing that we did. When we arrived near the apartment, our host sent us a message saying that he had another check-in to do and giving us instructions to find the key of the apartment. Hopefully, my girlfriend had data on her mobile phone... On the other hand, we had issue with the hot water. We contact the host and told us that someone will fix this the day after...Nobody came. Same story for 4 days.
