Fantastic! Will definitely return

Fabulous pool and sun loungers! Nice garden area also. Apartments were modern, spacious and comfortable. Staff were lovely and so helpful!

No activities on during the day, but wasn’t a big deal we still really enjoyed our stay!

We liked the location.

Lack of customer service, on arriving in the room I reported the following to reception. Light in bedroom now working, no kettle in room, no safe deposit box we were given key for. Nothing was done about these issues, or any sort of explanation or apology.

very disappointing due to complex being like a building site

the location is good

firstly I’d like to say we have stayed in the playa club before and it was perfect but sadly not this time,when we arrived we arrived to a building site we were told the playa club had only reopened a month before and they were half way through redecorating and maintaining the rooms .our safe didn’t work and then our key failed to work and we’re asked to use the back of the apartments to enter our apartment,as there was builders working on the rooms around us we had to climb over cables and buckets of paint I really feel we should have been told what we were facing and this complex shouldn’t have been open until they were fully completed. I would like to say the staff were so helpful and sympathetic especially victor ,he went above and beyond to try and help us find new accommodation.we did succeed in finding new accommodation and left after a day .

Lovely weather and great company

Location of the place as changed to different location Very hilly Not even close to the part of the strip we had booked Very close to the old town and as I'm disabled the hills and steep location I am not able for even on a mobility scooter Bathroom was good a step into the shower and no grab rails in the bathroom only a small one in the shower I had to use a patio chair in the shower but they were very weak and not very Safe Sat on the patio on Saturday morning and the chair leg snapped leaving me falling on the floor hurting myself

Great location.

The location of our apartment was excellent. The staff were excellent most helpful and pleasant. The Playa Club is in a very good location within walking distance of the sea, restaurants, bus stops etc.

The lounge furniture which was old and uncomfortable, the tv could have been bigger and the kitchen was sparsely kitted out. The swimming pool needs graduated steps to enable less able people to access and egress the same.

I will be back 100% it’s been the best place I’ve stayed in lanzarote so far

the location the cost cleanliness

people were putting towels on sun beds before 7am and leaving them there all day no one could use the sun beds and no one was stopping people from putting towels down. there needs to be a rule in place it isn’t fair. this was the worst place I’ve stayed for this people were very selfish a lot of us didn’t get to go to the pool once because there were beds covered in towels but hardly any people

Reception staff very kind and helpful. Very accommodating when one of our group had a medical emergency. Apartments are basic but clean.

The location of our apartment wasn't ideal... located across from a bar that was noisy most nights till 3 in the morning and a bottle bank that was filled around 12.30-1.30 at night and again at 6.30 most mornings..

The location was excellent. The staff were always very polite. The apartment was spacious and had all the kitchen equipment and utensils we could need. The apartment was cleaned twice and towels changed during our 5 day stay. The pool bar was handy and the food was nice.

The only thing that let the complex down was the condition of the pool area. The pool was dirty and cloudy! The sun loungers and tables were dirty most days and the ant infestation around the loungers was awful.

the apartment was ran down you could see through the doors they were worped and the tv wasn’t working either, We couldn’t get a place to sun bathe because people were left keep there towels on the sun beds all day and at night they were never removed so we couldn’t get anywhere to sit in the sun, our sheets and towels were only changed once

Relax by the ocean

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location and there is a marvelous view of the ocean from the higher floors. Moreover there is an exotic garden and the accommodation is very comfortable. To stay in a hotel is real relax and the terrace connected with each apartament is unbelievable.

Although there are a large number of restaurants on the promenade, I would appreciate the possibility of having breakfast directly at the hotel.

In a good location but is a little unkept, is in need of renovation.

The place is in a great location and we did not have to walk up any hills

People were allowed to claim beds from the night before. People were allowed to hang Union Jack bunting from the balcony which created a very uncomfortable environment for some if the guests.

All in all we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Right across from the beach and strip. We had two people who required assistance for walking and so the location was ideal for them, however not all rooms have a walk in shower and so the allocation of rooms with a walk in shower for those requiring assistance should be taken into account when assigning rooms. The pool area is quite big and there are loads of beds. The pool with it's increasing depth is great as my kids were able to play together even though they have different capabilities in the water. The whole area, pool and gardens are very clean. I never noticed any rubbish around. The rooms have varying sizes but the one we were in was quite big. We had plenty of space in the 2 bed apt. to move about.

Every night when we came in from dinner there were a lot of sunbeds that already had towels on them for the following day. The lack of management of this was very poor. You still got a bed but not once did we manage to get a bed with a sun umbrella. This was another thing that wasn't great. There are very few umbrellas around the pool. The number should be increased. In relation to the rooms, there was no microwave which I would consider standard in a self catering apt. nowadays. Also, there was no toaster, it was more of a grill so you had to toast each side of the bread separately. When you have three kids all looking for toast in the morning that's a long time toasting bread.

Playa Club is so convenient to the Strip prime location yet complex quiet. Staff at reception very helpfull other staff friendly life guard on duty which was great.. I think they are in the process of updating the apartments which is welcome. I still rate it 10 out of 10. All our family stayed there for our sons wedding plus brides family plus relatives and friends all compliment and were very pleased with their stay at Playa Club. Thank you. Christine Bruton 🇮🇪

Wifi iffy fot first few days then came good. TV stations lacking. More plugs needed. Just informing but minor issues really.....
