The B stay

Roomy and clean inside. Chris was very nice.

Many projects going on at same time. Front yard was a disaster from the work being done. Could not go sit on front porch due to the absolute mess of tools and other things on it. Thought there was a backyard and it was fenced off and all kinds of things all over the "yard". We stayed in the downstairs suite. Really really odd to have two doors leading into what he called the master suite that were locked off It was just kind of eerie and weird. Paid more money to stay in a house where my granddaughter could run in the yard and there was no yard because of everything going on. Not worth the money that we spent. Was kind of disappointed in how much we spent for it.

Lovely Louisville Destination

The home was located within walking distance of a lovely neighborhood with shops and restaurants. Clean, neat and equipped with everything we needed.

I had nothing but an exceptionally pleasant stay. Everything was to our liking.

Wonderful…would book again for sure.

I met a girlfriend for 4 days in Louisville for a short vacation before the Holidays (early November). This little house was PERFECT for the 2 of us. It is centrally located in the Historic District of Louisville…close to most desired amenities…walking distance to lots of shops and resteraunts. Chris (and mom, Donna) were so accommodating. We couldn't have selected a better place.

Loved Louisville - just the perfect size city.

The location was perfect in every way. Restaurants were close enough to walk to and from. Close to downtown, waterfront parks, pedestrian bridge - this location has it all. Chris was vey welcoming and had loads of info on where to eat and what to see. No keys to worry about - the doors opened with codes. I'd stay here again and again.

Amazing host, very clean facilities, and we enjoyed a nice stay.

The stairs were a little difficult to navigate with the luggage, but we appreciated being above a family with smaller children instead of beneath them. It was very clean, quiet, and the location was excellent.

The second bedroom door did not shut all the way, which our daughter did not like. The bathroom door squeaked quite loudly which was challenging, especially in the middle of the night, and I did have some back pain after sleeping on the mattress in the larger bedroom. I'm not sure if that was due only to the mattress or to being busy and traveling, but it was the only bed used during our trip when I woke up especially stiff.

Very peaceful , clean, love the area, great location. Chris was just down to earth and AMAZING host.

Chris, came and greeted us on arrival welcomed us made us feel at home from the start. gave as a detailed tour of his beautiful home. I can not wait to book a stay with “THE B” again. don’t want to leave this place 😔….Thank You Chris see you next time!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Nice but not for elderly people.

The property is very nice and in a good neighborhood with plenty of dining options within walking distance.

I didn’t like that there is no off street parking. I was traveling with my 82 year old father who doesn’t walk real great and the tub was a bit challenging getting him in and out.
