Fun, I would stay again!

The property has a great location! Close to everything and a great location for Mardi Gras parades!

Tenants with children should not be allowed to rent top level units. The noise level from the kids running back and forth all night was nerve wrecking. This information should at least be conveyed . Should be a way you can convey this without discriminating. Also, you need to clean the rug in the first bedroom, it is filthy.

Fantastisch!

Het huis is gesitueerd in een wijk die wordt gerenoveerd. 10 Minuten lopen naar Bourbon Street. Het huis is erg ruim met een eeg uitgebreide uitrusting.

Het huis is opgedeeld in twee individuele verdiepingen. Je kunt mensen op de bovenste verdieping duidelijk horen lopen.

Good stay in central NOLA!

Great location and proximity to Downtown NOLA. Great options for food, shopping and entertainment nearby. Very pleased with the size of the place and the good pre-arrical instructions. Overall the home was in good condition, except a few minor things here and there (none of which impacted or diminished the stay). There were people who complained about car vandalism, but I didn't see a reason to be concerned, the area felt safe, despite being somewhat inner city. I was surprised how quiet it was at night. I also appreciated that they left bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and soap for guests to use. Honestly, this was a good stay and I will be back!

The bathroom floors are real marble; during the cold weather, it was like walking on ice. I would invest in some sort of floor mats or rugs, even though I know it's a hassle. We had to wear socks or shoes anytime we went into the bathrooms. We also noticed that the heating was not consistently flowing through the house. The front room never really warmed up, so we wore light jackets in the living room as the evenings got cooler. These were minor inconveniences, but still items that I would highlight for consideration. The wood floors in the hall are a little squeaky, but maybe it gives character to the home.

Pleasant

It was very spacious and near the street car line

The furniture needs a thorough cleaning and the shower heads had a lot of build-up on them. The master bedroom bedsheets had a hole in them and were dirty and the fact the keypad batteries died on the one night which forced us to cancel our plans we had for the night. We also encountered two geckos inside that we had to use the broom and dust pan to get out

Not a safe area, not very clean, but big/spacious

Big kitchen, dining area, and size of bedrooms and bathrooms were good. Community Pool was small but good for kids. The outside is lit up very well, all walkways are lit (but it also makes it hard to sleep because there are no curtains, only blinds).

The location is DECEIVING and so is the description of this entire property. You are one block away from a homeless population under the interstate. This was not a safe area, hence the huge locked gate. Street parking and because of the water runoff, you will be parked in a large puddle all of the time. You may not even find parking in front of the gate and you might be walking with your little children across the street or down the street. The cleanliness of the property was horrible. We cleaned up water on the floor with a paper towel and the paper towel was filthy. They definitely did not vacuum the couch as there was crumbs all over the back headrest of both couches.

Wonder place to stay would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean the space was very nicely decorated. It was plenty of space for our whole family. The pool was an add plus on the hot days.

Very good

We liked how big and spacious the whole house was, the security gate, and how close it was to all of major tourist attractions. We also liked the keyless entry way.

We didn't like the parking situation and 1 of our rental cars got broken into.

Worked well for us.

Big rooms with closets. The open floor plan in the kitchen, dining room, and living room.

The layout of the couches in the living room area wasn’t comfortable while watching tv, your neck had to turn instead of looking forward. We shouldn’t be watching tv, right?

Everything was awesome. Other than street closures but we knew that was gonna happen because of mardi gras. It's an awesome place w am awesome price can't beat it for 4 days especially if u split the bill up. We'll definitely be looking to book here again when we come back in August.

Would definitely recommend this property due to comfort and location.

The home was well appointed, clean, and very large, plenty of space for up to 8 people. Beds were extremely comfortable as well. balcony was also very large and age us even more space. location was close to rest and fast food all within walking distance

The location was a little suspect at first , since it is so close to the freeway and there is a lot of road construction and new builds going up however we in no way felt unsafe and had any issue. Walls seem a bit thin but neighbour’s below was us had a party so that the only time it was a little loud. TV connections could have been better it was very hard to access any regular programming or sign in to any streaming services.

Loved the condo. So much better than a hotel room. Plan to book with Hosteeva in the future.

Condo was beautiful and spacey. Loved full kitchen and appliances. Pool was great to relax in at the end of the day.

Location was not in best neighborhood. Street was in poor condition and rotting trash from adjacent properties was out on street stinking up the whole neighborhood.

The owners need to focus attention to details and making sure the property is appropriately cleaned

The swimming pool was nice and well heated. It was never crowded and private. I only wish the pool hours were listed because the door code locked after 9pm, but if you were already inside the pool, you could stay later. I had to find that out by trial and error.

There was a leaky faucet in the kitchen. There were not enough wash cloths for 5 people. There was no cloth to hand wash and dry dishes. The street had trash along the curb and sidewalks the whole week we were there. It made the location look a bit suspect. I called to report the bug issue and maintenance came the next morning with Ortho bug spray. The balcony furniture was dirty. I was told I would be contacted about negotiating a partial refund for the inconvenience, but was never contacted by anyone.

The place was super spacious and the pool was awesome! The perfect place for our group of 20. The Charles St trolley was a block away but honestly it was an easy 15-20 minute walk tot the French Quarter. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable beds and spacious rooms

1. Lack of communication with property management 2. Pool was green / unkept/algae 3. The floors were not mopped 4. Minimal towels/toilet papers 5. Weak shower water pressure 6. Fans not dusted 7. Remotes damaged or no-batteries

It was ok, I would stay at a hotel next time…. Not enough amenities!

The house was nice and brand new

We couldn’t drop off our bags, which meant we walked around for 4hrs with our luggage and New Orleans don’t have the nicest streets. Also, the pool is shared and was not cleaned for most of the trip, and that was one of the main reasons we choose the space.

The place was very clean and close to everything. I like how we were able to take the streetcars around and never had to drive our cars. I like how we were able to walk right down the street to get food or snacks if needed. My family was happy about the property because even though it was 13 of us we didn’t feel crowded.

Superb

The home was clean, decorated nicely. Bedrooms were nice and cool and there were plenty of towels! Good value for what you get! I especially like that it was completely stocked with coffee and creamer.

The living room has the sun on it all day and never really cools off. Pulling up to the house and the area was scary but I will say that the duplexes are great and majorly secure. I was also worried about the no refund policy but it all worked out.

Better than expected!

I can’t believe how large the property was! It exceeded all expectations. It’s a great location and fit 10 of us comfortably. It almost seemed too good to be true for the price but we didn’t have any issues. I would definitely recommend this to any groups looking for a spacious place to stay in NOLA.

The pool water was green, there were fruit flies and the upstairs neighbors were easily heard through the night. But honestly all small potatoes.. not a deal breaker.

The space for perfect, beds were comfortable. The pool area was great for hanging out. It felt very secure.

There weren’t any pots and pans to cook with but we didn’t mind supplying our own and there were gnats in the kitchen.
