Thoroughly enjoyable. Nothing bad to say at all.

Everything was excellent, Nicholas really made the extra effort to accommodate us including booking taxi's and restaurant reservations. He could not have done more!

Absolutely perfect

The couple of owners welcomed us, a group of six friends, very gracefully. The house is very beautiful, bright and with a wonderful view on the sea with a very large terrace, a real gem.

There is a lot to do in the area, your hosts are very knowledgeable. This time we climbed Mt Yoruba

This is our 5th time staying at Vacances. You can really have a relaxing holiday there: it's so quiet, the views of the coast are fantastic and at night the skies are truly enchanting and the breeze refreshing. You can snorkel directly from the beach. Your host Nicolas is an excellent guide who will take you to the best spots.

The island is suffering from a dirth of hire cars, so book one really early because you'll need one there. At the property you can actually hire e-bikes so that's even better of local trips. it takes 25 minutes to Kabira by bike.

Perfect Holiday in Ishigaki

Owners are very nice, explain everything, and give a lot of recommendations. The view from the house is great and really make you feel like you are on holidays. Ishigaki itself is much more interesting than other Okinawa islands. There is nature everywhere.

There was more insects on the room that we would have expect on the first two days (probably because nobody was there for a while due to COVID-19). The closest beach is not that easy to go especially after rain.

Exceptional

The view from the upper apartment is just amazing. In addition, Nicolas was super nice and did everything to make our stay perfect. He gave us advice on nice place to go and made the call when needed so it was even simpler for us. We also used his kayak and it was really a great tour and we also did snorkeling with him which I can only recommend. We just hope we will be able to come back soon. Thanks a lot !!!

The perfect place to unwind and recharge the batteries.

Above all, the hosts. They were truly delightful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were also very knowledgeable and provided lots of useful information about the island. The property is spacious, well appointed and tastefully decorated. We loved the ocean views and the great terrace garden.

It is hard to fault it. One problem is that you need transport to the supermarket which is quite far away. The fridge could be bigger for a family as you need to stock up in order to avoid multiple shopping trips.

Superb

I highly recommend this apartment to people (especially families or groups) visiting ishigaki. While the apartment feels very private and very much like your own space, the owners are always on hand if required. There is a large BBQ available and the hosts were on hand to set it up when we asked. We also used Kayak which is stored at a nearby beach, it's possible to row through Kabira Bay very easily and is a great way to spend a few hours for free. Life jackets etc were provided by the owner (including a kids life jacket for my son). All in all, we felt we got a lot for our money with this apartment and would stay again if given the opportunity.

Great hosts and a great location!

What a great family that owns and manages this place! The location is great if, like us, you like something a little off the beaten path. If you have a car you can get downtown in 30 minutes, but you are walking distance from several nice snorkeling beaches. The area is surrounded by jungle mountains which makes it a real natural experience. You can hear the beautiful sound of waves crashing at all times and the ocean views are really nice. Getting to use their kayak for free was awesome. We paddled over to Kabira Bay for a great adventure!

The couch and chairs were not the most comfortable, but if the weather is good, spend the time out on the deck.
