Situated in Ohio, this attractive cabin for $199 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. *CONTACTLESS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT* In response to Covid we clean the following between each check in: light switches, remotes, faucet handles, handles to dishwasher, lamp switches, door knobs, sheets (as always, along with comforters), grill knobs, and cabinet doors. Responsible adults, age 25 and over, are able to book. Registered guests only. Check in is from 3:00pm and afterwards, check out is 11:00 am SHARP. There is a $50 fee for late checkout. Come escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Cabin 6 Retreat. We are a father/daughter team offering visitors a beautiful stay in the Hocking Hills area away from the typical tourist traffic. Cabin 6 Retreat is nestled among the hills featuring breathtaking views as well as the opportunity to watch deer nibble on corn that is scattered beneath the trees. This beautiful property boasts a star gazing deck with fire pit, 2 tiered deck with hot tub, grill, numerous bird feeders, all hickory flooring and cabinetry, new memory foam mattress and more. Cabin 6 Retreat offers one bedroom and sleeps 2. Full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, bedding, towels, toiletries, condiments, trash bags, foil, paper towels are all included. The only thing you need to bring is your own firewood. Use our telescope on the deck to view the stars at night as you unwind. If you want to be near the Hocking Hills but not necessarily near all of the tourist traffic, this is definitely the place for you. Cabin 6 Retreat is 6 miles from Clearcreek Metro Park, 11 miles from Hocking Hills Flea Market, 9 miles from Cantwell Cliffs, and 22 miles from Old Man's cave. Other attractions in the area: Geneva Hills Wahkeena Nature Preserve High Rock Adventures Hocking Canoe Livery Family Fun Center Rockbridge State Nature Preserve Old Dutch Restaurant Millstone BBQ Lake Logan This property is attached to the owner's home, but he has done a lot of work to give Cabin 6 Retreat its own space. A 500 ft. driveway was put in so that guests have their own access to the cabin without using the main dwelling's driveway. The homeowner typically stays at his other property. We require a $200 refundable deposit. Deposit will NOT be refunded in the event of damages, unregistered guests, and smoking indoors. This cabin was centrally located. Just far enough out of town but close enough when we needed something. Our stay was relaxing. We watched movies on the DVD player, played games, sat in the hot tub and enjoyed watching the birds. The owners thought of everything that made our stay stress free.

Very nice and clean little cabin. We enjoyed our stay and the snow we got while at the cabin was picturesque! We were a little confused when arriving because the cabin was attached to a main house but it was still very nice!

This VRBO is more than what we could have asked for! We stayed here for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect secluded stay for 2. Everything about the listing was accurate, very private, and the cabin had everything you needed and more! The hot tub was amazing, but also they had movies, games, and everything to make our stay that much more special. We would love to come back to this retreat sooner than later!

Everything was great. I will admit that once i learned of the correctional facility being so close i was looking over my shoulder and didnt sleep as well but we had zero issues. The cabin was fantastic and we enjoyed our time there despite 3 days of rain. Thank you!

We absolutely loved everything about this cabin! It was quiet, close to hiking, food, shopping and it was super clean! The property owners didn't leave out anything when it came to stocking up the place. The hot tub felt amazing after hiking all day and it was so nice to sit and chill next to a cozy fire. We look forward to staying here again. Thanks for helping make our 10 year Anniversary special at Hocking Hills! Tom and Kelly

This is one of the cleanest, well stocked cabins we have ever visited! The amenities were total unbelievable! The hot tub was clean and very well maintained! It was quite and tranquil. No internet was a plus. Only one bar of cell service was also a plus for us during our visit. We also found the rooster crowing from near by very charming.

We were immediately blown away by this property. The cabin is so tastefully appointed, and a perfect balance of rustic and cozy. They had everything needed for cooking, and it was spotless when we arrived. The hottub was a perfect touch. The location is great for hiking the state park. We enjoyed the selection of movies. We ran out of time to have a fire, but it would have been lovely, as the view is incredible. Would highly recommend this for a romantic getaway.

A gorgeous property. We enjoyed all amenities the cabin had to offer along with a relaxing hot tub after hiking. Star gazing was spectacular as well and we were lucky to be entertained by a thunderstorm that rolled in. It was a wonderful stay!

Everything was beyond our expectations! The property is in a hidden back area so we were able to experience nature and stars were so clear at night. The hot tub provided much needed relief after a long kayaking trip and hiking. We felt as if we were home and would definitely love to come back again! Sara, Mike & Angie do a fantastic job keeping the property in tip-top shape and we are so thankful they let us enjoy their little piece of heaven

We stayed at cabin 6 as a quick getaway for our 17th wedding anniversary. The place was perfect! It was extremely quiet, and we were about 20 to 25 minutes away from everything! It was very easy to relax, very clean, and nice to get off the grid as there isn’t any available Wi-Fi and very little cell phone signal. We will definitely be staying here again!

This cabin is a great place for a quiet retreat. It was within 20 minutes of attractions, including hocking hills state park, but yet it was secluded and off the beaten path. Bonus, it has a private hot tub. Very clean and it had everything we needed to cook dinner for two nights.

The inside was clean with very cute decor. The owners have wonderful hospitality. Our stay was peaceful. I do feel the steps were a tripping hazard, they need more gravel filled in. The weeds needed tended to. Although my spouse and i did not mind the state facility being so close, i think it should be mentioned in case others aren't okay with it. I honestly was confused when we first got there due to our gps took us directly in front of the prison. My first thought was I got scammed on vrbo. Overall, we had a nice time, its close to any adventure or things you may need. Ps. My spouse said it is a loft, not a cabin. Thank you, have a great day

My husband and I stayed in cabin 6 for 2 nights. The cabin was just right for the two of us. We loved the hot tub. The birdfeeder outside the kitchen window was a nice touch. I enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning and watching the chickens that wander around the property.
The stocked bathroom and kitchen was a nice touch.

It's just the right amount of being in a secluded area and not too far from Hocking hills, ash cave and old man's cave. They had absolutely everything we needed provided for us from kitchenware to bathroom supplies, cleaning supplies, bedding, movies and even binoculars for bird watching!
