Fantastic

Der Service war supper. Das Personal total freundlich. Auch wenn man mal spät aufsteht und das Frühstück verpasst, kein Problem sie haben uns das Frühstück um 10.30 vorbereitet und wir konnten es um 11.00 Uhr gemütlich draussen geniessen.

Étape de rêve pour Loy Kratong '23

Emplacement calme à l'écart de l'agitation du centre-ville (facilement accessible en taxi bon marché) ; Agréable jardin (pour petit-déjeuner aussi) et accès à la rive, piscine sur toit permettant de se rafraîchir (à défaut de nager) ; literie très confortable, bain spacieux (douche/baignoire), chambre avec balcon sur jardin, décorée avec objets design, tout comme l'hôtel est rempli d'œuvres d'art contemporain (collection du propriétaire) ; Propreté impeccable ; Gérant prévenant et très aimable (comme tout le personnel). NB: il est facile de commander un taxi via application Grab (cf Uber), bien meilleur marché (120-150.-) que les tuk-tuks qui abusent des touristes (200.- ++)

Nice choice for the river side. it’s memorable

Unique & style. It’s chill for sitting at the balcony. Strong shower power. Interesting place. Amazed small swimming pool with sunset. Wanna to spend time and stay at the room. Staffs are helpful.

Location is not convenience.

Every thing. Art is exceptional very creative Breakfast on the patio Ice well kept building a d grounds Nice chairs sitting by the riverside .

Nothing to dislike Situated near malls and sites Short car rides to the sites and the staff will help you get where you want to go We recommend the river art hotel and hope to go back Cheers

Disappointing

The location is good.

The place was not clean especially on the first floor. We found a few small millipede in the room. The room seems not to be well prepared, some of amenities was missing and we need to contact the staffs.

Superb

The hotel is like a art gallery, if you enjoy arts, then it will suit you well. It's a nice and clean hotel, but with balcony side where able to see river view should be better and which I didn't book that! Sad.. Breakfast is 100BTh for a person. Which is good for solo traveller, you can book car with driver to Pai and Chiang Rai.

Location is a bit far from old town and city centre. If took grab taxi will be 180BTH to downtown and also 200 BTH from airport to hotel. And when u arrived airport, you only need to get the taxi from airport.

Maybe next time I will come back

1. When I arrived at the hotel on the first day, I was not very satisfied, and there was a gap between the feeling and expectations. 2. The staff service is very good, the breakfast is also good, it would be better if there is a different breakfast every day. 3. After checking in, I found that the green environment of the hotel is very good. There is a small courtyard on the first floor, surrounded by green vegetation. The hotel was very quiet, as if it was just me and my wife. 4. An extra 500 baht was added for a room with a balcony. I can bask in the sun on the balcony, read a book, drink some beer, and let go of myself, which is very comfortable. This is what I am most satisfied with. 5. A few days before I was about to leave, I suddenly found that the artwork on the wall was quite interesting. I found that I got used to this hotel. 6. I stayed in the hotel for 2 days and finished my PPT, very happy. This hotel is suitable for quiet work. Ha ha

After reading the introduction of BOOKING, there are 2 swimming pools. After arriving, I found that the swimming pool was not open, which was a little disappointing.

Value of money

The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall of atmosphere was cozy. The hotel was quiet and peaceful to stay. The room cleanliness is good. The facilities are useful enough for us. We will definitely be back.

The mattress was quite unsettled.
