All perfect in all aspects.

All perfect and I would recommend the hotel.

As the hotel is close to the centre you might expect noises during weekend nights.

Excellente place, good staff and always helpful (Mirenda is great!)

The hotel is quite new and located in a central location near Liberty square and surrounded by a lot of pubs and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and always clean. Breakfast was good enough.

Slightly far from the old city (15 min walk). Noisy in the morning but at night very quiet

The staff makes the stay very great!

It is a good hotel and the best about this hotel is the staff! They are really helpful, respectful and very nice. I asked the manager to change the date of arrival and he smoothly and easily did without any questioning. They have a little open buffet. It is a decent for a small and fast breakfast. However, the staff there treated me and my wife with special treatment and made us feel so comfortable. We felt like we are part of them. We felt really shy when they treat us very special. I would recommend any one to take a room in this Hotel. One little issue is that you can hear the music from outside and this issue seems normal in Hotels in all Georgia. At least in the three cities I visited, Batumi, Kutaisi, and Tblisi.

Not worth of money

The size of the family room was good.

Not properly clean. Too much sound from outside even the windows were closed. The staff was not welcoming and talked in a rude way.

the staff were so kind

The breakfast was poor. It wasn’t varied. We stayed for a week and the same breakfast was served all days long. The property was farther to old town than expected.

didn’t worth $100 a day! $50 is ok))

it is in a very good place of the city! too close to the center, yet in a very quiet street! the staff is super helpful! They let us to check out late, without additional payment!

-The breakfast was not as shown in photos, it was poor. Few pieces of everything, the cook asked every-time if we want an omelet or not, but in the pictures it was on the table with other food!! -There was no ramp for trolley or a wheelchair, and we had to rise the trolley with the baby several times a day! -The windows were not airtight and it was blowing cold air all the time, we had to pit the heater on 30C for 24 hours to have a comfy temperature. -Although we mentioned that we have a small kid with us, hotel didn’t give anything for the baby to sleep in, after asking they gave a broken playground as a bed. -For room cleaning there was a special hour, and the women was working until 2, so if you leave your room after 2 they are not going to clean it! + they were asking if we need to clean the room or not, but the difference of a hotel comparing to an B&B or just apartments is day-to-day service. -The staff was super helpful (especially Tsaghik), however they were hardly speaking English or Russian, only the manager did! -Cleanliness was good, but they forgot to change the toilet brush since the opening! -Overall it was not a bad stay but it didn’t worth $100 a day, which we have paid!!

Leisure stay

The location of the hotel is very good and very near to Meidan square and Liberty Sqaure. Also, the staff is very friendly and rooms are clean.

The room was a bit small for a family of three and limited breakfast options.

Very good

Rooms was clean, comfortable. Hotel was near the Liberty square of Tbilisi about 650 metres.

the bathroom one of the rooms provided was not up to the normal standard and there were no extra rooms available. also it was confirmed upon our request that the 2 rooms will be adjacent but unfortunately they weren't.
