Extremely comforting and rested. I slept great.

My first impression came immediately walking through the door. The facility was beautifully clean, nicely designed, calming, and bright… I then was greeted by “Ms. Ty”. Ms. Ty is an asset. She was attentive, very pleasant, very business oriented. She seamlessly took care of my check-in with ease. She has a warm, calm, and pleasant demeanor. In a time where great service is extremely lacking, Ms. Ty was most definately a pleasant surprise. The hotel was clean, quiet, and inviting from the beginning and I was very very pleased and the room did not disappoint. I was very pleased at the cleanliness and comfort. I have not been this impressed with a hotel in years. I always bring my cleaning products with me when I travel so that I can feel comfortable while occupying the room. I immediately knew when I walked into the room that for the first time in a very long that I was not going to have to pre-clean my room before I could shower and relax.. I would recommend this particular hotel with great certainty.

I would stay here again. Great location.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water. Breakfast had several options.

The man who checked us in around midnight was very rude. We stood at the desk about 5 minutes before I started walking around to look for someone. There was no bell or anything to let them know we were at the desk. He was short with us and had an attitude through the check in process. The thermostat is 70 or 71, nothing else. So if you like to sleep in the arctic like my family, don’t pack your flannel pajamas. I was surprised there was no texture on the floor of the tub/shower. I nearly slipped stepping in. I can see this being a problem for guests who don’t have great balance.

The one day they didn’t change sheets but when I asked staff to change them. They was very nice about it and change them. Everything was great

On the road again

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone

From the outside it’s beautiful

It was disgusting inside. Our bed sheets had stains on them called down to the front desk and she made us walk down to get new ones and it wasn’t the right size. Smelled of mildew, the bathroom door didn’t shut, the tv looked like someone tried to still it and dropped it

Place ok. Very clean. Small shower. Nice breakfast.

Clean. Good breakfast. Ground Floor. Lots of towels.

Too small a shower. Had a shower curtain vs. door. Extremely small bar of soap. USB charging ports on both sides of beds would have appreciated.

Just a OK stay, No Christmas Spirit.

It was close to everywhere I needed to be. Quick exit to I-75.

The check-in, The young man was kinda rude. I didn't feel welcome.

Location and price! The guy that checked me in was AWESOME! I’d come back just because of him.

The front elevators were filthy. Droppings on the walls and floors disgusting.

I would recommend.

I love the lobby and the gym. It's quiet and secluded. Near all stores and restaurants.

Housekeeping should be more attentive for guests staying more than 2 nights.

As always the breakfast was good,coffee strong & employees friendly but we have a new addition to our family & with 9 bags, car seat & flip flops definitely difficult to get everything up to the 3rd floor by hand due to no luggage carts! 😔

There was absolutely no luggage carts ANYWHERE to be found. Trust me I looked on ALL floors. Plus the A.C for the 3rd floor hallway was out. No a huge deal but definitely made the hall smell funky.

It was the cleanliness for me.....

I like the lady when I checked in.

The room wasn't really clean. The toilet had hair on it. The black chair had finger prints in it. The bed had hair in it and the floor had food on it.
