Good location for staying close to the airport.

The shuttle cost the same as a taxi but we had to wait for other people and the driver dropped everyone off at the same place, even though we had to walk rather far to reach the rental car area, and he wouldn't take us.

We've had an issue with the taxi to get to the hotel from the airport. Normal taxi would cost 50 euros for 7 mins drive!!!! Uber wouldn't take us as they said it doesn't worth it to pick us up from there to the airport for the money! Staff was not friendly at all. No smile, thanks, hi, or by whatsoever. It bothered them to make us only coffee without breakfast.

We're happy we got early check in than scheduled, after nightmare at the airport.

To a more considerate receptionist on duty, july 27,2023. 1pm. Thank you sir. We got the rest we needed after missing our flight home to Copenhagen.

Hotel was very clean and the room was organized smart - more than sufficient for overnight stay we needed after late night arrival to airport.

The website is misleading about their shuttle back to the airport - it is paid - and on the sebsite you cannot find the price list. We took regular taxi for 21 eur each way

Very uncomfortable stay with no air conditioning

Property was very close to airport and shuttle was very convenient to make our flight. Clean rooms but no air conditioning. Room was way to hot to be comfortable, fans were provided but this made no difference to the heat at all, none of our group got any sleep at all due to the temperatures, opening the window did nothing either. Would stay somewhere else if I were to be here during the summer again.

The LifeHotel Vienna Airport Hotel has a very friendly and professional staff. It is located just seven minutes drive from departure lounge at Airport and Hotels Shuttle service works perfectly smooth and in time. The room was clean and aired before our arrival. The bar service was exceptional good and has served us small tasty snack. The car parking is very well organised. We highly recommend LifeHotel Vienna Airport Hotel and will stay there in the future again.

Easily accessible from the highway, plenty of parking lots in front of the hotel, friendly staff

This hotel is not worth the money they charge. Would not recommend

We did not like much at this hotel. It was clean, rooms were bright, everything looked pretty new… that’s the only positives.

Front staff not helpful, it was obvious they did not care and were indifferent to any question asked. When we approached front desk staff to ask how to get to downtown he just went to a back room and did not come out. Hotel seemed only interested in collecting our money other than that, charge for shuttle (same as taxi), charge for breakfast, no coffee available in rooms. Location is not good for sightseeing the city. It is pretty much in the middle of nowhere and you will need to take a taxi or walk a mile to get to the train station. Also, it is extremely noisy, people arriving and leaving all the time, industrial banging outside, water running sounds when other people use it, you hear people on top and bottom.

Best choice

This hotel is just 8 min drive to the airport. We did not have to use the airport shuttle Fantastic two-storey building with the comfort you need for very short stay. Lovely modern and practical hotel in all ways. Spotless clean room and common places in spite of having guests for only one night. Pleasant room and comfortable bed. Very helpful receptionists and barman and you can enjoy some cooked meals between 18.00-20.00, Thank you Joseph (Józsi) for the kind service. They speak lots of languages. Thank you to you all.

airport shuttle is fast - 10 minutes to the terminals. breakfast is simple but sufficient.

rooms above the restaurant / bar are very noisy. the room was much too warm for a proper sleep.
