Good and comfortable. Poor Breakfast spoilt overall impression/impact

Comfortable beds, and in fact room was fine. Staff all good. Speed of lifts also very good.

The breakfast. The 'hot' buffet was cold - eggs, bacon, beans on day 1 and day 2 on day 3 we complained on day 4 we avoided the hot altogether and just had continental. The plates were also cold - not even warmed! The cereal selection was also limited. So, definitely not worth 17.5 euros

Not the experience I was hoping for.

The hotel lobby was very nice, smelt beautiful, the breakfast was very good, continental and cooked food. Choice of fresh teas which were very nice. I messaged the hotel before we arrived to say it was my husband’s birthday and could they please put some Prosecco or chocolates in the room, they did both which was lovely.

The furniture was a bit worn, headboard had stains on it, bedding sheets had faint old stains, the hairdryer in the bathroom was tatty, toiletries half full, and no Bathrobes. I expected the standards to be a lot higher from a 4 star hotel. Also I chose this hotel because it had a spa, l tried to book a massage for us both and they had nothing available until 8pm which was far too late as we wanted to go out for dinner, and you don’t want to go out for dinner when you’ve just had a massage. Was quite disappointed with the over all experience. I booked the Melia as a surprise for my husbands birthday. I didn’t complain as I didn’t want to spoil my husbands day.

Un día maravilloso

Una estancia muy agradable. No le faltó detalle. Todo precioso, oliendo a rituals, personal muy amable. La habitación preciosa y el baño espectacular con ducha y bañera. Gel, champú y crema de rituals. Parking con acceso directo a los ascensores que te dejan en y habitación. Todo muy muy bien y el desayuno espectacular.

La única pega que pondría es que en el baño no hay enchufe para uso propio(hay secador pero enchufado con cajetín) por lo tanto si quieres enchufar unas planchas, tienen que tener el cable largo, pues tienes que hacerlo en el enchufe que está entre la entrada y la habitación y peinarte en el espejo de la entrada. Tampoco podrías usar un irrigador dental enchufable. Otra cosa que también notamos, fue que había poca presión en la ducha.

Hotel spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania. Czysto, komfortowo, bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne śniadanie. Bardzo miła obsługa. Świetnie działający bar.

Hotel oferuje swoim stałym klientom śniadanie w strefie oznaczonej Lewel. Uważam, to za rodzaj dyskryminacji. Uważam że standard śniadań powinie być dla wszystkich klientów taki sam jak w strefie Lewel. Przypadkowo zająłem stolik w strefie Lewel. Obsługa w bardzo subtelny, nienachalny sposób zwróciła mi uwagę żebym przy następnym śniadaniu skorzystał ze strefy przeznaczonej dla pozostałych gości.

La Ubicación espectacular se puede ir caminando a casi todas partes, el hotel es muy lindo decorado y las piezas lindas y un poquito más amplias que otros Meliá.

Genial

Buena zona, tranquilidad, comercios y restaurantes de varios tipo cercanos al hotel, habitación amplia, camas comodisimas y el personal muy amable.

Que las teles podrían estar preparadas con smart tv, no esta demás especificarlo así el cliente se puede llevar su fire tv portatil. Por lo demás todo perfecto

Mocno przereklamowane miasto przez blogerów

Bardzo ładne lobby i widok z 30 piętra na Walencję. Bardzo dobre śniadania. W ciągu dnia przekąski w Lobby. Ładne wnętrze głównego lobby i przestrzeń. Przestronny pokój i łazienka. Materac wygodny.

Lokalizacja - jeżeli ktoś planuje zwiedzać centrum lub korzystać z plaży spędzi mnóstwo czasu na dojazdach tj ok 40 min do godziny w jedną stronę. Sprzątanie - wymuszanie poprzez brak sprzątania jeżeli nie zostawisz paru euro na pościeli. Wtedy wszystko lśni, stoi woda jest herbatka i są nowe ręczniki. Udogodnienia - na zdjęciach są dwa baseny ale niech, to Cię nie zwiedzie ten drogi jest płatny w SPA 45€ za 75 min ten darmowy jest na zewnątrz, więc w chłodne dni pozostaje tylko siłownia, która mimo metrażu jest bardzo skromna. Na plus ręczniki i woda. Obsługa - jak była potrzebna pomoc recepcji, to Pani miała oddzwonić ze zwrotną informacją niestety nie oddzwoniła. Uwaga nie każdy z obsługi rozumie angielski. Łózko - to dwa pojedyncze zsunięte ze soba bez zabezpieczenia na środku w postaci łącznika.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. C’était propre et on était tranquilles dans notre chambre. Proche des transports

J’aurai aimé qu’on mette plus de bouteilles d’eau dans les chambres, j’aurai aussi préféré avoir une machine à café à capsule au lieu des nescafé en poudre

Обман с минибаром.

Насколько бы мне ни понравилось в отеле, за обман персонала они не заслуживают больше одной звезды.

Сняли 7 евро после выезда, после разборок с букингом отель утверждает, что сняли деньги за то, что мы воспользовались минибаром, а это неправда. Не знаю, украл кто-то эти киткат и рэдбул или это сознательный обман сотрудников, но крайне неприятно.

Sniadanie bylo Katastrofalne brakowalo wazystkiego non stop …duzo ludzi chaos na restauracji…malutkie porcje na talezach ktöre non stop musily byc napelniane bo przy tak duzej ilosci ludzi sniadanie trwalo u nas ponad 1,5 godziny ze wzgledu na ciagle czekanie jak nie na chleb to na inne brakujace rzeczy! Nie polecam! O godzine 10 juz niedostalusmy pomidoröw ani chleba tostowego mimo iz kilka razy prosilismy Personel. Totalny brak organizacji. Napewno nie polecimy tego Hotelu!

Over priced for what it is

Breakfast food could be improved, as well as their privacy controls. Noting down ones credit card information on a piece of paper is hardly a good practice.

Not as nice as fotos suggest, but okay.

Very clean and modern. Spacious rooms.

The fotos would suggest the Spa is part of the hotel. It isn't and you have to reserve and pay extra for it. In our case there were no spaces left. Also the pool was closed, despite sun and 20 degrees. There is no rooftop terrace for people not staying in expensive suites. All in all the fotos upsell the place a little.

Brilliant city , easy to get around , hotel right next to Metro station , restaurants within walking

The breakfast was great full selection of hot food (bacon ,sausage ,fried eggs , scrambled eggs , hard boiled eggs ,omelette , beans ,tomatoes etc…) fruits , yogurts , toast , jams , cheeses , cold meats ,etc… Lobby was very large and sophisticated. Building looked attractive and modern. Good lifts and great views. Rooms large and spacious..

The hotel could benefit from a larger swimming pool , but was good enough to cool off .

I loved it. Really nice staff in every location. Plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

The room was very spacious, 610. It was at the end of the hall so i guess it was a little bit different to the neighbours. Big big windows in two directions. Beautiful and comfortable big bed. Nice big, clean bathroom.

Hallway on the 6th floor was a little stuffy. Not enough fresh air passes through. It doesn't smell fresh enough. When the lift opens on the ground floor, you feel a wonderful release. Fresh, cool, scented air. This same effect should also be applied to the bedroom levels, it would make a huge difference to the hotel.

Many options for breakfast, very clean an fresh. Rooms are spacious, bit outdated, but with charm. Very clean. Friendly staff, nice pool area.

Food options during the day are a bit average and expensive. Check-in wasn't very warm hearted, did not got all the information. Location is a bit far, but a metro and tram nearby

Great stay at the Melia we had dinner in the La Dehesa Cafe next door to the Hotel that was amazing

The room was clean breakfast was great with plenty of choice the view was ever-changing over the crazy roundabout couldn't fault the hotel.

The room was a little stuffy and could have done with better aircon couldn't seem to get it any lower but equally I didn't ask the hotel for assistance so its not a moan.

Accommodation and Bar area

Service in the restaurant was appalling 🙃serious staff shortage, and menu selection was only available online???? at the table......We unfortunately had to walk out and look for a meal elsewhere.. Seating was also uncomfortable. A total disaster for a hotel of that star rating.
