Parfait équilibre entre confort et simplicité bon enfant.

Le charme d’un petit hôtel dans une ruelle de Pékin, avec une ambiance backpackers du bout du monde dans la petite salle de petit-déjeuner, mais tout le confort moderne ! Personnel très sympathique parlant bien anglais et pour certains francais. Près de tout et du métro ! Petit restau de brochettes en face.

Peu de rangement, au moins une chaise de plus dans la chambre serait utile !

Amazing stay!

Everything was beyond expectations and it made my first trip to Beijing easier and more enjoyable. The place is well located, in a quiet small alley but a few minutes walk from a subway station, which is well connected to the main attractions. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean, and the bed really comfortable. The most positive point is the personnel, English-speaking and very helpful and friendly! There is always someone to help or advise you. I'll definitely book again!

Qualità prezzo buona, posto pratico senza pretese

Rapporto Qualità prezzo ottima, vicino alla metro per aeroporto e per il centro. Diversi posti per mangiare nella zona. La reception è stata cortese nel chiamarci un taxi. La colazione buona e varia,in stile europeo, ti viene servita al tavolo dopo l'attesa di dieci Min. Il caffè lascia un po' a desiderare

La stanza è semplice con tutto l' occorrente per passare la notte, la struttura non è nuova ed è attorniata da case e edifici un po' degradati e rovinati. Dalle finestre non c'era una bella vista. Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare il posto perché map ci ha portato un po' fuori zona, ma probabilmente in Cina i browser europei non funzionano bene quindi basta solo avere una buona connessione e l app giusta per muoversi e non ci sono problemi

Mistakenly taken to the wrong branch of this hotel; will think that the one I booked is better

Staff was helpful enough to carry my luggage up to my room.

Almost a nightmare; though fault is not totally with the hotel but how could staff missed the fact that I ended up in the wrong branch of the hotel. I was dropped at the wrong branch by the E-hire driver. The lanes are narrow so the car cannot enter. While I was registering at the counter, the staff did not realize that I was at the wrong branch until the next morning. This branch was not in a good location, and room looks more dated. Staff even wanted to charge me more as the nightly rate was higher than when I booked. I had to talk my way out and missed the breakfast. It was an unpleasant ending to an otherwise wonderful trip.

Is what to expect. I recommend it

Everything is good except the staff are little bit weird 😅

The staff are trying to be more friendly but that will make you feel uncomfortable. They try to talk and ask you unnecessary questions. Also the size of the room little tiny but it's ok. There's no lift on one of the buildings so I had to carry the luggage myself from stairs.

Für ein Stop over ist es ok

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, die sofort geholfen haben. Telefonate für mich geführt um eine Tour zu organisieren. Die Lage war sehr gut. Zur verbotenen Stadt etwa 30 min zu Fuß. Auch die Metrostation ist nicht weit weg. Gegenüber ist ein Einheimischen Restaurant das gegrilltes anbietet.

Preis- Leistung stimmt hier leider nicht. Mein Zimmer riechte nicht gut, das Bett war sehr hart, das Zimmer nicht sehr ansprechend. Das Hotel liegt in einer dunklen kleinen Seitenstraße. Als Frühstück wird ein Teller mit Ei, Salat Toast, Wurst und Mais serviert. Es steht ein Kaffeevollautomat für schwarzen Kaffee bereit.

Home away from home

Staff beyond expectation- they helped me in a very difficult, time pressing situation and went to book flight tickets, communicated with the hotel, where I had left my belongings and in the end found a helpful person who would fetch my items from 1300km far away- that was a very special experience, saved me a lot of hassle and enabled us to follow our last day program in Bekjibg: a visit to the Palace Museum- thank you a thousand times!!! In my previous review I already stated that it is very quiet, beds are comfy, breakfast is very tasty Western warm breakfast with fresh salad. 5 mins from underground station. Original ( not gentrified) Hu Tong Area. Warmly recommended!

Nothing. I would definitely come back if I visited Beijing again.

A un paso de la estación de metro

El personal hablaba inglés y atento, el desayuno occidental bueno. Amplio el dormitorio. Está a la espalda de la estación de metro. A unos minutos de estación de bus, y con variedad de restaurantes en la avenida que está a la salida de la pequeña calle dónde está ubicado.

No hay ascensor, son 3 pisos de habitaciones. El aspecto del comedor daba un poco desconfianza respecto a la comida, pero el desayuno estaba muy bueno. La estrecha calle dónde está ubicado da un poco de miedo, sobre todo de noche porque está apenas iluminada.

Отель находится близко к метро, если добираетесь из аэропорта PEK на поезде, то можно выйти на финальной станции и просто пройтись до него пешком (около 10-15 минут). В номере все необходимое, уборка каждый день, у нас был завтрак включен - большая тарелка с разной едой (колбаски, яйца, кукуруза, булочки рисовые с начинкой, какие-то соленья, апельсин и отдельно еще рисовая вода), в целом сытно, но специфично, что таким набором)

Отель расположен в плохо освещенном переулке, ночью крипово, но в целом безопасно, т.к. в Пекине повсюду камеры. Какой-то специфичный запах по коридорам, возможно это в целом для Китая норма) Ну и то, что пишут, что отель в центре - тут нужно делать скидку, что добираться все равно лучше на метро, т.к. до Запретного города около 20-30 минут пешком, каждый день нет смысла так ходить.

札を出しておけば毎日掃除がされ、水ペットボトル2本が補充されるのは有難かったです。部屋はダブルベッドがあっても十分な広さで、特に不自由はありませんでした。ドライヤーもありました。

朝ご飯の卵か油でお腹を壊し、一時的に熱が出ました。一応注意してください。胃薬があるといいと思います。

Well-located little hotel with helpful staff

The hotel is located in a hutong, which allows tourists to see people’s daily life. For instance, there’s a primary school nearby so you can see the little pupils getting picked up by their grandparents in the afternoon. The hotel is a few minutes away from Zhangzizhong Lu subway station, and a street full of shops and restaurants. It takes about 20 minutes by subway to reach Tian’an’men. The rooms are comfortable. The staff was very helpful. We could message on WeChat to ask them questions, and they were prompt to answer. There’s a little washing machine available, and you can hang your clothes to dry on the 3rd floor.

The only thing is that somehow, the hotel’s address is hard to find on navigating maps (including Google), and there are multiple hotels with the same name. If you take a cab, make sure to use the map on Booking.com to have the right address.

Friendly staff members.

Staff members speak English (which is very rare to find in China) and are very friendly. Location: 10 minutes walk from a train station, restaurants and banks/ATM. This hotel is in a hutong area but unfortunately we did not feel that hutong lifestyle which was the reason we chose accom in a hutong. Breakfast: American/Swiss, toast and butter/jam, eggs, tea/coffee. Our room toilet was blocked one night (we stayed in a family room, could be because it's an old establishment the plumbing can't handle 4 people, so use the toilet paper sparingly), the room cleaner unblocked it the following morning, no issue. They also offer tour to the Great Wall, we said we'd do the tour but we didn't want shopping (common in China where they drop you off in some shops as part of the tour and that we hated), they promised us no shopping, and they kept the promise, just straight to GW and back, no shopping :D

Nothing we didn't like about the hotel. But outside when you walk on the foot paths/lanes, just don't look down, locals spit everywhere which spoilt our experience in Beijing in general.

The hotel was close to the subway (2 minutes walk) so it was easy to get everywhere pretty fast. It's possible to eat breakfast and dinner in the hotel. The stuff is really friendly and helpful. Big and comfortable bed, room was clean.
