Slechtste service in Pattaya

Uitzicht vanaf het balkon was top

Hotel liet mij weten dat ik 1000 baht moest betalen voor als ik een gast wou brengen omdat ik maar voor 1 persoon geboekt had. Ik wou dit niet accepteren dus na een discussie, was het oke om een gast meetenemen zonder te betalen, mits de gast een legitimatie afgeeft. Nu kwam ik in de avond met haar naar het hotel en moest ik alsnog 1000baht betalen. Dit terwijl ik een gemaakte afspraak heb met de receptie. De afspraken die ik heb gemaakt was overdag met receptioniste vrouw Gig. Toen ik de volgende dag haar vertelde over de situatie deed zij alsof zij nooit een afspraak heeft gemaakt met mij hierover. Ook zei zij dat ik heb verteld dat ik heb geboekt voor 2 personen terwijl ik dat niet heb gezegd. Ze noemde mij een leugenaar terwijl zij juist aan het liegen was, en haar gemaakte afspraak niet nakwam. Ook staat er bij de meest gestelde vragen en antwoorden dat het mogelijk is om 1 gratis gast meetenemen als je een tweepersoonskamer hebt geboekt voor 1 persoon. Ik vond het totaal oneerlijk, en de nacht receptionist (donkere man met bril) heeft tot 2x toe tegen mij lopen schreeuwen terwijl ik zelf altijd netjes bleef. De volgende dag ben ik naar de manager gaan mbt de situatie.. Ook de manager wou het maar niet begrijpen, en wou mij ook niet terugbetalen. Ik vroeg hem een compensatie voor dit ongemak, en hij bood me een 15% korting op de rooftop lounge. Ik moest eerst 1000 baht spenderen om in aanmerking te komen voor de 15% korting. Prijzen op de rooftop dak zijn erg prijzig.. zoals te lezen in andere comments. Ik voel me letterlijk opgelicht door dit hotel, en baalde als een stekker dat ik voor 3 dagen had geboekt. Slechtste service die ik ooit heb gehad in Pattaya, en heb hier in ruim 40+ hotels verbleven. Heel frusterend dat ik een afspraak maakte met gig en zij haar afspraak niet nakomt, en vervolgens doet alsof ik een leugenaar ben

staff in breakfast lounge were excellent always welcoming and courteous. this made our stay comfortable.

excellent location

no swimming pool or sauna. we were allowed to use the pool in a sister hotel but were obliged to buy drinks to allow us to use their tables by the pool. the balcony was right in front of an adjacent building. though it’s called Sea View Hotel there was no view. that was disappointing.

Wholesome holiday

Big room for three people with seaview. I don’t think we can get better rooms w such condition in other hotels. Great location, far from walking street but that way we feel safe. Massage parlour right in front of the hotel w best services! Definitely recommend! Welcome drink at the rooftop bar was cherry on top!

The staff forgot to put 3 towels and amenities after make up room and when we called, they questioned us as if we were lying lol better do a thorough check before finishing the job.

it was very bad stay. The staffs were very mannerless towards customers. They even couldn’t smile during meetings also. They try to ignore talks. not rude but they didn’t value guests

The location and sea view are really Good. Can relax on the balcony in the evening time with an excellent sea view. The rooms are Clean and Tidy. Decent size room. The bathroom is Pretty clean and the shower is good. Good Ventilation Good Worth for the money.

Items in the room refrigerator are a little overpriced. Could be better if provide at Nominal prices. They don't have Staff to support Guests at night, especially to provide water at midnight. Intercom is not working properly.

Good cheap hotel and next to the beach

The hotel is in a good location and the good rooms for the price. Our first room smelt of cigarettes but they moved our room straight away so it was fine. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The location of the hotel was right next to the beach which was great. The sky bar at the top of the hotel was nice but closed a little early it would have been nice if it was open 24hrs just to sit outside even if the bar was shut.

There isn’t any parking however the hotel staff went with me to park my car in a parking lot just a couple of streets away and we walked back to the hotel. So it’s not really an issue if you don’t mind parking further away as the hotel will assist you.

it’s near the sea where only 400 walking distance from the hotel. sea view room is nice

there is no parking lot even empty space for a car to drop baggages. breakfast cost a bit high.

Good Hotel At Good Location

Nice location and good size room

Pillow in the big size (thick). They do not have spare thinner pillows. AC stopped working on night two, which they rectified.

Only the location.

Staff not helpful and seemed aggressive. Pretending not to understand English but at other times were speaking in English. Small flies on Breakfast spread of fruits & bread really put you off. The reviews by others seemed fake since booked this property on those reviews

Good location, no parking lot, not convenient.

Good location, 30 m from the beach. Spacious and clean room.

Staff not helpful, didn't feel welcomed. No parking lot on site, had to share with adjacent hotel but only 10 slots. The hotel rents a garage 300 m. away but took additional 30 min. to go & walk back in scorching sun to the hotel.
