Poor quality work, doesn’t seem very safe, clean or comfortable

The location was centrally located in Santa Teresa and that’s all I have to say about what I liked but once inside it’s obvious that they cheaply and inexpensively (with poor quality craftsmanship) remodeled an old building and threw a “pool “ in and called it a rental. It looks cute in pictures, the yard looks nice but inside the room not so much. I could see light coming in from outside all the way around the door as well as a large gap underneath the door. One of the beds was pushed up against the low window and old curtains held up with a bent rusty pole, were touching the bed. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying here. Also, advertised hammocks but after check in we were told no hammocks. Asked for the password via text and didn’t get it until after we’d fallen asleep. This was the only place i struggled with on our entire trip. I’d definitely recommend one of the hostels over this place.

Great for a quick stop in Santa Teresa

It is located next to Banana beach, which is really pleasant and you are right in town with a lot of restaurants around.

It is close to the road which makes a lot of noise. Our AC didn’t work during the day, but was OK for the night.

Not up to standards, work needed!

Good location to banana beach and walkable to many nice eateries.

The room was very old and not comfortable at all. The mattress gave us really terrible back pains due to the sinking in the middle and needs replacing asap! The bathroom is old and not clean. The shower water smells like sewage and the water was not hot. Our AC also continuously kept tripping. It is not worth the stay for how expensive the cabins are.

Exceptional

Amazing place to stay with all that green (nature) around for having a bit of that rainforest experience. Its located just next to Banana Beach Club. Great thanks to Mitzi for her hospitality!

I don’t recommend it to people looking for a minimum of nice place to stay.

The water from the tap smelled like cloak that I didn’t even consider to take a shower. The fan was squeaking… luckily I always have a deep sleep! For those who are noise sensitive: The rooms are next to the main road and countless motorcycles and quads would chase up and down the road around midnight. The place is dark and fortnightly I didn’t intend to prepare anything to eat in the outdoor kitchen… the few things there wouldn’t have invited me to do so.. The price was much too high for what it offers.

Mitzi was so helpful she helped me with reservations and getting an atv she went above and beyond to help really great team that work there !

the room is so close to the road i could not sleep I had to check out earlier and sadly was not refunded not even partially for the inconvenience

the location in next to the beach’s Mitzi is nice.

worst experience ever!! the room was not clean very old. not comfortable at all. the shower is so old and not clean. all the towels that they brought me to the room was not clean and with stain all over. the bedclothes was all dirty and smell bad and I need to ask the staff to change me them. one the first day there was not hot water at all and I needed to call them and they came to fix that only the day after. to take a shower I needed to press on buttons so the water will be warm. that it’s not safe and very dangerous to do that while I’m showering. I don’t recommend at all about the place. it’s to much expensive.

Cute hidden cabinas in the center of Santa Teresa

Super location ! Nice and calm, away from the main street. A/C works well, pool is clean, bed is comfortable, room is spacious. There is also direct access to uncrowded beach. I would recommend!

We had a great stay! If I have to find something negative I would say : the ants that crawl from under the cabina door, the lack of kitchen utensils and the cleaning lady who comes daily and is very nice but doesn't really clean the room (she only makes the bed and tidies up). Bathroom is very small.

The location is ok, and given that everything in Sant Teresa is super expensive this apartment is good value for the money. Furthermore, you have an equipped little kitchen in the cabin, and there is an small pool in the common area

There is no front desk to talk with the staff, even though you have the watsup to contact with them. Personally I find it a little bit cold for my taste. We spend 4 nights and , in my opinion they should have changed the towels at least once during our stay.

Disappointing

The cabins are cute with well-stocked kitchens and very friendly staff.

The location is right on the busy road so not recommended for light sleepers.

Our stay was great, but unfortunately exhausting because there were some loud guests partying.

Leah was great and very helpful. The location was fantastic and right in the middle of everything. Karina was great too! Overall everything was clean. She was sweet and also did our laundry for a fee. If you want a quick getaway and plan last minute, it is worth staying at. Leah is always available.

The room needs a little work, and to be painted. It functioned, but definitely needs some general maintenance from being close to the beach that need to be done. Also, the photos made it look like there were 2 separate rooms and it was just one room with all the beds. It made it difficult to be in the same room with our teenage children. Also, they could get new towels and blankets. A few tweaks and its perfect. Truth is you spend little time in the room anyway so its good for what it is and we are grateful to have stayed there.
