Long way to walk across the car park in the dark when I arrived late , hard to find the entrance to the far building Didn’t feel a 100% safe

The pool is great 👍

Lovely lady at the front desk, great pool, quality food and service in the restaurant, central location

All the screen doors between room areas is annoying and needing the card to exit is inconvenient when you are checking out

Overall, well appointed room and comfortable stay.

Room was a good size, bed was very comfy, clean and modern, good water pressure in shower, good cooling, wasn't noisy considering how close to highway, nice private outdoor and pool area (although we didn't use it), ample and secure parking. We ordered room service, and it was hot and fresh and tasty when we received it, and it was delivered very promptly.

Uber driver couldn't bring my order to my door - I had a migraine and had to go outside in the light to collect it from reception :-( Maybe in the future power points will upgraded to include USB points, would save us having to carry a power board to charge all the devices! (although number of power points was good),

Better off at the Ingot up the road for an extra $10an extra $10

The linen and towels were clean

We arrived from overseas late and check in about 1am. The reception area was filthy and smelled. They were playing loud music and I could barely hear the guy in reception. There was no real assistance to find our room. There were people in the secure parking area smoking marijuana- we won’t be staying there again.

Disappointing for all four of us

Location

The power went out while we were out we were not notified and had to work out ourselves how to get into the block we were in. Nothing able to be used and staff made no mention of this in the morning - nothing done to compensate for the inconvenience of having NO POWER throughout the evening.

Great choice

Modern room and facilities. Professional staff, Excellent meal at the restaurant. Shuttle an absolute bonus that's why we choose if for our early morning departure at T1. Will stay again

Very comfortable bed and great airport transfer

Convenient and loads of great facilities that we unfortunately didn’t have time to use. Friendly staff and easy airport transfers.

convenient for what we were there for to visit family we didnt spend much time in unit

no hot water sunday morning the wooden partition door between bathroom and main room was missing so you couldnt divide the kitchen/bathroom combo from the main room so not much privacy in the toilet or naked in the kitchen drying from the shower

Great Stay and it has a bar and restaurant with lovely room service

The room was on ground level which I think I requested and close to our car, having security gates was great. The cleanliness great restaurants in the area and very close to the Casino which we love.

A tad noisy but at times from maybe a slight banging on the wall, we had kids running down corridor knocking on our door,(Only once) but that was very minor and didn't effect our stay.

The bus is helpful, but the room is not comfortable.

The shuttle bus.

There is no control over temperature and fan speed in the room. The controller for this purpose did not work. The sliding wall/door/panels are too heavy.
