Would definetly stay here again

Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were lovely. Easy access on and off the motorway.

Steps to get suitcases up to the room. Small issue really.

Room service I thought like most motels/hotels theyll make our beds, and vaccuum. She only changed towels and empty bin. Not evn a dish cloth to wipe bench down but cleaner said use the teatowel. Bit dangerous whn open sliding door as theres no step. But If i wanted full room service i have to pay for it.

Great location, super friendly and efficient staff. I would certainly stay again.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The room was quiet and conveniently located to Greenlane Hospital where we had appointments.

The water temperature in the shower was somewhat unpredictable and suddenly went from comfortably warm to dangerously super hot. Care needed!

Great stay for one night while packing before flying back to Australia early next morning

Spacious room for 3 adults. Beds were very comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean and well set-up. Staff were helpful and responsive to requests, No traffic noise. Good location, walking distance (20 - 30 mins) to Newmarket restaurants etc., though probably some are closer going the other way along Great South Road. About 30 min Uber to Auckland Airport. There was a fantastic, full buffet breakfast in the morning, which was more than what we expected. We only stayed one night before flying back to Australia early next morning, so unfortunately, we had to rush breakfast!

Nothing really, except perhaps the lighting in the main room could have been brighter.

Always a great stay

We stay here whenever we come to Auckland. Its central to where we need to go. Always clean and tidy.

Unusual smell in the hallway down the far end, we noticed it last time also. Full breakfast is great, however it constantly ran out, most people commented on this.

Good value for money

Excellent room, large with kitchen if needed. Bed comfy, breakfast was great. Parking was good. Overall a great stay.

Loved our stay there. Will definitely be going back in the near future.

I love the cleanliness of the rooms and the modern look. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to chose from. This hotel is certainly value for money and I would highly recommend this place.

Our room was a little dark during the day but nothing a light couldn't fix. I could also hear people walking around above us as we were on the bottom floor but thankfully they weren't too noisy.

Would stay again

Great facility and location for our weekend of activities. Quiet and comfortable.

Bathrooms starting to fall apart, toilet roll holder loose and cabinets showing lots of wear and tear.

Lovely accommodation and very friendly staff

Very comfy bed and huge rooms nice and spacious

No full-length mirror, kitchen wasn't equipped with everything, eg all spoons no forks, no wine glasses.

Tv was a bit large for the room and I had trouble getting it onto tv channels. I called for help and the staff member put it onto sky but I couldn't get it off from there.

Excellent location and helpful staff

Staff are friendly. The continental breakfast included was fresh and sufficient. Parking being avaialable was appreciated.

There were no kitchen utensils apart from.cutlery which made cooking a little difficult!

Clean up your act or you won’t have a business.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Arrive in the dining room and all you could see was a coffee machine, breakfast should have setup with fresh fruit, cereal bread for toasting. Instead we were give a menu! I chose the continental breakfast which was served on plate that was it no toast had to ask for toast and a toaster. You need to step up and do things a lot better. Carpet In Our room needed cleaning or better still replacing! One positive the beds were clean and comfortable.

The standard of cleaning was not good!

Wait until it is fixed

It was surprisingly quiet, bed was comfortable and the very dated shower had good pressure and there was plenty of hot water. We found the provide breakfast quite palatable despite the overload of pastry.

Most of the outside is covered with scaffolding. I believe it has been like that for a few years you can see green mould on the outside but that doesn’t show in the exterior photos on the site. I was told it was about fixing a balcony but I suspect the truth is that it is a leaky building. Very tired interior and dated bathroom. Charging $15 a night for parking is a total rip off for motel accommodation. They consider themselves a 4 star hotel 😳😳😂Long time since that was reviewed. The whole place has an uninviting feel not helped by these long ongoing repairs.

Love the location and size of rooms. Hated not being able to shower properly.

Good Sized room, plenty of TV channels

Charging for on site parking. Shower was too small for a normal sized person. Coffee and soap not replenished when used. Scaffolding has been up for more than three years makes access difficult. Charging $100 good behaviour bond.

Will not stay again.

Room was ok.

Ended up staying for second night and rate was way higher than the first night, when questioned was told due to demand, yet I could still have booked another room through booking.com for the original rate, then had top pay for a parking space as well as an extra. Will not use them again.

The bed was comfortable

We didn’t get any free wifi, not even a mention when we checked in. They should have told us they were in process of renovations when we booked. The car park area was so tight and restricted which we paid for, if you didn’t pay for one you would have to park miles down the road as there were road worker cones everywhere. The room itself only two tea cups not three, there were spider webs in most corners of the room and the mould in bathroom it was yuk. There was someone else’s hair all over the back of bathroom door. The bathroom didn’t look or feel clean at all. I have stayed here a lot and this trip showed me how run down and unclean the place is.

Good solid accom for a girls trip

Great location just out of city, close to shops and bus routes. Comfy beds and daily servicing with staff onsite

Bathroom had some mold in it, and the air con seemed to be on some kind of timer which meant that the room felt quite stuffy. Staff tried to help with it but didn't seem to fix it.

Disappointed - tired/run down and the smell in the rooms was very off-putting.

The bed was a good size and comofortable

There was construction happening which we were not made aware of pre-visit. The rooms had a very bad odour (both of the rooms we booked). The shower kept overflowing and felt slightly unstable. Breakfast was terrible.

Good

Nice spacious sized suite. Location good.

No communication on arrival for the breakfast which was included with our suite, we we're left sitting at table wondering what was happening. Room above ours has a Creaky floor we could hear throughout the whole night/early morning.
