Good environment
The hidden reception area makes the driver hesitate where to go, especially at night. Better have a sign or guidance (eg: drive ~3 minuets all the way down for check in) at the entrance

This is a very nice hotel (not a resort). Great atmosphere, very nice staff, comfortable room, peaceful location, gorgeous view from every point of the property.
It's a hotel, not a resort. There is one unheated outdoor pool, a massage room, a 1-person sauna, and a "gym" with two treadmills. No hot pools/tubs, or anything that helps one unwind on the property itself.

Amazing property! Beautiful bush and settings.
I’m sure it was one-off, house keeper must have forgot to empty one of the bins and one of tea bags was open.

The view is good.
Good cooked and continental breakfast
We were in room 14 and there were constant knocking noises coming from somewhere
This room was also above the kitchen and the smells coming from the kitchen was not always pleasant
The mat in the room was very dirty
The bathroom was not clean and behind and around the toilet was very dirty. Do not know when it was cleaned last
