Very close to the event that we went to. Straight outside the main gate. The location was superb. Close to the train and Kingsland shops. The twin room was huge and catered for our family. The full kitchen was excellent as well

Room was clean and had everything one could want including cooking materials and iron. Is located between Eden Park and the Eden Park Station with lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
The photos show a lovely old villa. Inside it is more like a regular motel... clean, but simple.
