Great hospitality.

Great location, directly at the road but quite room. Was greeted at the entrance, directed to a roofed reserved parking 🅿️, perfect. They directly inquired about help for my luggage, superb. Check in a breeze ( didn’t received an invoice though 🤔), all info ℹ️ at hand. Very interesting room, atelier named, huge bed, plenty of storage, good bath /shower unit. Nice towels 😉enough amenities. Complimentary water & a cute little welcome box with assorted pound cakes, yummy 😋 Left shortly and when I came back, same parking 🅿️ the GM came over & we had a great chat, amazing hospitality. Made a reservation for their Spa, best decision.Their staff made sure I am relaxed and enjoyed the session. Rounded it off with their private Onsen offer. Quite night, received again help with my luggage, check out smooth.

No dinner / room service option. WiFi was weak.

Best stay in Niseko!

+ Super close to the lift. + Beautiful and modern / new interior. + Nice and spacious outdoor onsen + Spacious room with well equipped amenities, including a full functional kitchen.

Excellent accommodations for Niseko!

Very welcoming staff and great hotel accommodations for our summer trip. Highly recommended all year long!

House keeping should be free without any additional charges. I noticed a price list for the housekeeping which was a bit odd.

Very good

Location at the bottom of the family lift is excellent. It was the only lift that stayed open during inclement weather. This lift also gives access to the other lifts on Hirafu. The hotel sent very detailed information for ski rentals and in-apartment appliance usage. The onsen was very nice, although the changing area is small. The ski concierge service is convenient and friendly. Also very good service by the staff of the building. We were given a reserved, covered parking spot.

I wish the building had a restaurant, and an in-house ski rental option.

the Aya is well situated and the rooms are lovely, simple decor and good light with pretty views.

the property is central, ski-in ski-out. ski valet was great! loved the spa and the massage was excellent.

the restaurant was closed and no food offered in the hotel at all. all the hotel staff seemed disorganised, like they all just started working there.

Great hotel, right below the lift to access mountain, truly ski in/out. Would definitely stay again!

Room was great, very large, king size bed, bathroom/shower very nice. Has kitchen area in rooms. Large windows. Staff extremely accommodating.

Restaurant wasn't open during our stay - likely due to COVID.

Nice location, modern and spacy. Very nice Onsen facilities

Breakfast was low in quality, partially not hot, running out of coffee, etc. This was way below what the level of hotel should and could offer - local restaurants were well above in quality and experience. We only went on the first day and after that only to local Cafes in walking distance.

Hotel is beautiful, but experience is pretty disappointing

It's located at the busy Hirafu intersection. There are a couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is a convenience store as well. Since we went there before the ski season starts, we were offered free pick up at Kutchan Station. The person picked us up is friendly and hospitable. Receptionists helped us book spa, transfer services and restaurants outside hotel. Appreciated their services. Staff at Spa is friendly. Spa is comfortable and reasonably priced. Onsen is nice. There are 2 onsen outdoors and 1 indoors. Room is HUGE. Apple TV is a bonus.

Not checking emails in time. I emailed reception an update message 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, but they overlooked my email and still sent someone at the previously agreed time. It makes me feel sorry. Hope they can check their emails more often. The only restaurant in the hotel was closed for private function. I checked in at around 5pm and the receptionist did not notify me that the restaurant was closed. When I went there for dinner, I was told it was closed for a private tasting event. I did not have any choice but going out for food. Worse still, most of the restaurants were closed as the ski season hasn't started yet. I was pretty annoyed. It's ridiculous that no food was offered in a hotel whatsoever. Despite all these, the receptionist was very kind and helped us book an Izakaya. The restaurant was not open till 8am in morning so we missed the brekkie. Luckily, the kitchen prepared some sandwiches for us to pick up during dinner time. Their service might be great during peak seasons but it's definitely disappointing for me this time.
