Hotel RH Canfali

AMAZING location, everything you need, spectacular views. Great shower. Comfy pillows. Nice roof terrace with jacuzzi (could be a little warmer though)🤔, nice presentation of breakfast...! Terrace in restaurant is amazing if you can get a seat.😁. Room cleaned daily 😁free coffee and cakes in reception 😁

Room very very noisy due to being near staff room (I presume), constant banging and scraping and dragging of furniture 😔a bit annoying after a few days, an alarm was going off every morning around 7 for upto 20 minutes at a time somebody's phone left in said room...?? BREAKFAST..... great choices but if going for a hot breakfast it's always cold and I mean freezing cold, the mushrooms were raw one morning, English is not so good so got a few things wrong, impossible to get a HOT coffee 🤷. Restaurant is pricey but ok if you are given a 40 euro voucher to use otherwise I personally would not recommend.

Very enjoyable stay in February for a bit of warmth away from the cold UK.

Excellent location, waves beneath the balcony, central location for both beaches and amenities, not far from Tapas Alley and other bars, close to the canfali and beautiful views. Staff lovely. Breakfast was very good, large choice from a large menu so you should be able to find something that suits you, and if not just ask they were very accommodating. Nice touch in the reception with coffee/cake/fruit so you could take a cake to your room to have with coffee on the balcony. Nespresso coffe maker in the room, just ask for more pods if you run out.

Very noisy with slamming room doors, but sort of expect this with all hard surfaces. If you want a sea view and/or a balcony then be specific when booking, otherwise you won't get it.

Spent two amazing days and nights at Gastrohotel Boutique RH Canfali and would highly recommend it.

Exceptional service, facilities and location. We especially loved the roof terrace and Jacuzzi. The staff were always attentive and happy to help.

Not the best for those less able to walk well and no swimming pool

Clean property with excellent staff

Not for those who have any kind of mobility problems. Hard to find cabs and everything was down hill or up a very steep path

if you want a few days in Benidorm away from the crowds .. it’s here!

location was fabulous although parking is quite difficult due to the hotel being in a restricted area, I am sure it would not be a problem for a taxi.

not much! it hasn’t got a pool but it’s right on the beach so no problem there! hot tube on the top floor sun terrace and a good spot for a drink from the bar!

Expensive for what you get.

Location is good, almost the highest point in Benidorm. Very clean. Rooms a good size, but furniture is very basic.

The restaurant and bar share the same seating area. We tried to purchase a drink at 8.30pm at the bar and were told very firmly that as we had not reserved a table to dine, we could not come in! We went to reception and complained and the gent on reception confirmed that when busy, no dinner reservation, no access to the bar. This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel! We went to a bar nearby - very pleasant and no restrictions! Car parking - there is none. The nearest car park is half a kilometre away (22 euros for overnight parking) and the walk to the hotel is uphill all the way!

NEVER AGAIN!

Location and rooftop view are pretty much the only positives to this experience to be honest.

No parking. Period. This establishment lied on their website/booking page/social media about offering parking. They do not. They simply “recommend” places (unaffiliated) nearby and hope for the best. Rooms are TINY! I’m not a big guy, and I still felt absolutely cramped in these rooms. Chemical cleaning smell super pungent in entire building. Wifi didn’t work, guy at reception had to log us in to the staff wifi as a quick-fix. This entire town is basically a British tourist-trap nightmare! Avoid if you want a relaxing stay on a Spanish coastal environment. Its only Brits and English “food” for miles. Horrendous. Will never return!

Superb

Best location if you want to be closer to more typical Spanish bars and restaurants, away from the crowds in the British corner. Had issues with cleaning staff (only that they were very noisy). But had a wonderful response from Christian, at reception. Superb customer care that made up for any inconvenience. Thanks.

Superb

Loved the location Only niggle we had was no traffic can reach this hotel so you can't get dropped off with your luggage...you have to walk a fair way.apart from that the staff could not have done more for us.

My room was a bit small and long...felt a bit like a tunnel...however the sea view made up for this!!

Not as expected.

The restaurant food was amazing .The smelly of the public areas is so refreshing.

The breakfast offering was average at best previously the buffet was the stand out feature of this hotel.The roof terracotta had a kitchen extract fan and therefore cooking smelly ruïnes the experience plus the rooftog var was never open.Lacked 4 star facilities.

Perfect perfect, perfect….

You are greeted by a very friendly receptionist who takes their time to familiarise you with the hotel.The room I had was lovely, I had a balcony overlooking the sea( a little bit more but you get what you pay for). The food is gourmet level everything cooked to perfection. The restaurant gets booked up quickly even the guests have to book their table for dinner. Breakfasts lavis, full English if you want it or parts of it. People into healthy eating are well catered for. The staff speak English and are friendly and helpful. I really would go back. Perfection perched on a hill ( might not be suitable for people with mobility problems but you can hire a wheel chair.

The guests who never said good morning when they passed your table and you did. People on the balcony at 3.00 am laughing and guzzling drink and talking as if in a club. Nothing about the hotel. Could do with more loungers/ deck chairs on the roof but that’s a suggestion.
