Great food lots of choice, one of the better all inclusive hotels ive been to, San Miguel on draft, great choice for breakfast lots of pastries and full English etc with nice cheap english style sausages, strangely they sometimes had great hash browns but only for dinner not breakfast, snack bar was good as expected, chicken nuggets, burgers chips etc, lunch and dinner great choice again.
Nice pool just have to try and get a bed where sun is most of the day, didn't find it to bad for towels on sunbed etc.
We had family room, a few licks of paint needed but nothing major and didn't impact our stay, lovely bathroom and balcony, also a kettle and a fridge.
staff were great and lovely touch to let us use facilities a couple of hours before check in and also on check out day with a bag with some snacks for the journey home, would definitely recommend this hotel!
We were facing the construction side where something being built next door,.didn't disturb us just a shame that was the view.

The pool area is pretty good
The lifts are literally terrible, I was on the 22nd floor and I have spent at least a quarter of my break waiting for lifts
