Location and the pool and the low level building

I visit twice a year love it I’m disabled and know my way around and feel safe it’s not a high rise and is very clean

Breakfast was what you would expect, some of the breakfast could have been hotter i.e. hash browns, sausages.
Perhaps having mushrooms available would have been nice.

The location was perfect as we were visiting the Benidorm Palace.... you couldn't be closer. We only stayed one night. The staff were very welcoming. The common areas seemed ok but we weren't there long enough to enjoy them. We did have one drink in the bar which was ok. There was very little atmosphere but that may be down to the time of year.
The room was dated and very basic, although clean. The breakfast was truly awful. The pastries, were ok but anything cooked was freezing cold.
