Very clean, friendly staff, good choice of food at breakfast, good size room, beds comfortable.
Rooms a little dated, could do with a re furnished in areas. Can’t have any floats or balls in the pool, they put them in for 1 hour a day then take them away, you can’t have your own, the pool is very deep so only gets half used without floats.

Lovely hotel on the hill overlooking Benidorm new town. Clean and tidy. Well maintained pool area and main areas of the hotel. Rooms are spacious enough with a decent sized bathroom. Balcony is lovely to sit and watch the sunrise or sunset before heading out on the town. Easy enough to access the town by walking down the hill, but for those who can’t/don’t walk, the hotel provides a minibus that leaves the front of the hotel every 20mins or so and drops off down near the beach front. All in all great little hotel for a few days to relax.
The hotel rooms are slightly outdated and in need of a bit of care and a bit of a glow up. Other than that can’t really fault it.
