Excelente! El personal muy amable, la habitacion impecable. Linda, limpia, comoda y muy amplia. La ubicacion es espectacular. Recomiendo y sin dudas en mi proxima visita a BsAs volvere a reservar.

This is a nice hotel in a nice location.

The receptionist had everything ready for us and the checking did not take a long time. The hotel was room was clean, a perfect room for my husband and me.

The only thing I will say is that they need new towels.

Great and safe hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms that provided a welcome rest.

The location was great and felt very safe. The staff were very friendly and helped organize transport to and from the airport very quickly. The room was nice and spacious, and for the price, exceeded my expectations.

Well located but too expensive

The hotel is very well located, near the subway, accessible to other parts of the town. The room was spacious, nice, and clean with good amenities. They received our baggage before our check-in time, which allowed us to walk around.

The service wasn't good, we asked them to check the shower, because it wasn't getting hot, instead of doing the maintenance or going there to see the problem, they continuously give us instructions on how to use the shower, but it was a infrastructure problem, only solved after 2-3 days of complaining. The check-in was 11 am, we arrived 6 pm at the hotel after walking around the neighborhood, and the room wasn't clean at the time, we needed to wait to get into it. Also, the gym is very simple and old, without heights.

the bathroom was huge! and the terrace, very nice.

terrace furniture need some maintenance work, but good for price paid. if you are 3 people, the third will get a pull up, quite below in the scale from the amazing bed.

Great location!

I booked this hotel for the view over Recoletta cemetery and it did not disappoint! All the staff were very helpful with recommendations. The room was lovely and clean. It is very close to restaurants and shops.

Great location, ok-ish hotel

Great location, beautiful view from the room, nice breakfast in a cafe around the corner.

Not the best check-in experience. Bathroom not very clean & clogged shower drain. If you need breakfast before 8, it's not possible as the cafe where it's served opens at 8.

Economic place to stay with all the service you need.

In a good location next to the famous cemetery. The room are large and with everything but also quite basic. Staff ok but they never answer to questions and never on the phone or emails too.

Staff on desk a bit cold and never offer any help.

The hotel was located in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shopping. The hotel was clean, and the staff very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Super Location. Will continue to stay here.

I have stayed here before and eagerly returned. The location is exceptional. I love the roof deck and the very friendly staff.

The three years of Covid mY have had a toll on the hotel. There used to be an exceptional breakfast that's been replaced with a voucher at a nearby Cafe. The Cafe was good but I did miss the breakfast.

Overall is a good stay.

Excellent location. Close to restaurants, bars, and tourist areas.

Very dissappointed. NO BREAKFAST. They have a cafeteria area which they are not using. instead, they give you a voucher to walk a block away for a cheap coffee and toast breakfast.

Superb

The location in the heart of Recoleta next to the cemetery is superb. There is a wonderful array of restaurants surrounding you and a vibrant night life. Breakfast is at a wonderful little local cafe. The area is beautiful to wander with a park close by where a market is conducted every weekend, the Museo Nacional de Belles Artes 10mins away on foot and a metro station within easy walking distance. The staff were excellent and accommodated every request.

Location was very good

There were ants around the headboard and when I arrived the system was down and it took 30 min to complete the check-in. There was no water in the room and I had to go downstairs to buy it since there was no room service to call. The water in the shower was not flowing properly

Excellent central location and best view over the town

The view over the Recoleta cemetery is probably the best all over Buenos Aires. And the hotel is fancy - but really comfy and the spa on the rooftop is amazing!

Loved it. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary and Buenos Aires was perfect!

Location was perfect. We were given a voucher each morning for breakfast at a cafe around the corner. Loved being able to experience that local vibe.
