Velmi dobrý hotel se zbytečnými vadami (personálu)

Celkově jsme s výběrem hotelu i jeho službami byli spokojeni. Pokud cestujete autem, je to perfektní výchozí místo pro dovolenou, při které chcete navštívit i Vysoké Tatry i Slovenský ráj. Snídaně, včetně výběru, byla téměř vynikající. Večeře lepší průměr (ryby vynechte). Pokoje vcelku prostorné, čisté, úklid v pořádku To, že je akvapark, včetně především wellness, v ceně je po túrách prostě vynikající.

Je ale škoda, že celkový dojem kazí, podle mého názoru, naprosté zbytečnosti, které do 4hvězdičkového hotelu prostě nepatří (a většinou za nimi stojí personál) Placení celého pobytu při checkinu nepůsobí při daných cenách na hosty nejlépe. Káva u snídaně by nemusela být z automatu. Pokud je večeře 18:00 - 21:00, tak situace, že tam v 19:45 polovina jídel není, včetně dezertů, je slušně řečeno nekomfortní. Čipy, které mají fungovat po celou dobu Vašeho pobytu, fungují jen jeden den (a to opakovaně). Hoteloví hosté pochopí, že když se během pobytu v Popradu koná Tatranský pohár a hotel ubytovává dvě hokejová mužstva, tak jim v jídelně udělají trochu soukromí. Nicméně stěží pochopí, že to někdo udělá tak, že mezi židlemi je 10cm, takže nemůžete ani vstát od stolu ani si sednout (při bufetovém způsobu servírování docela problém).

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel AquaCity Poprad. The room was comfortable and nice. The aqua park was spacious, offering plenty of fun and entertainment. I particularly enjoyed the thermal pool – it was a relaxing experience.

We loved everything, just change music

We liked everything here: perfect room, access to aqua park included in hotel room price, breakfast and dinner included, quite nice staff members of the hotel or free parking.

If I have to mention one thing, so I would recommend to play a different music playlist during breakfasts. They played very rude songs, really not appropriate for small children in the room.

Good breakfast. Good gym. The pool was very refreshing and the location was superb for hiking in the glorious Tatras mountains.

The Pool View room wasn’t really. The pools were very crowded but that’s not a gripe. The weather was so hot everyone had gone swimming.

Fun place near city center!

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Dogs allowed and they provide a bed and food bowl! Free onsite parking. Direct access to water facilities. Breakfast and dinner buffets included, good quality.

Layout was a little confusing.

it was such a bad experience we had there because they gave us the worst room at the cornor and we were without internet

the attidute of the stuff because they were not helpful at all it was like scam getting extra money for late check out but not informing us about operation hours of saunas. we wasted our money and couldnt use saunas as they operate later than 4, thats why i highly recommend tourist not to use this facility unless you speak local language

great place to stay with kids

. kids friendly. warm and clear water. cool kids entertainer program. nice light and music shows

food could have been better. although I was good enough. everything fresh. just little more variety would be appreciated it.

Excellent place. We love it. Same building with Aqua City. Really good dinner and excellent breakfast with beautiful view on Tatry mountains. Room was big enough and nice.

Wellness area should be open little long time or open ealier for hotel guests. Air condition in our room doesn't work.

Short stay in Poprad

We could check in earlier. The room was very clean, modern, good entrace to aqua park.nice dinner and breakfast. The spa definitely recommended. Not suitable for families with children.

Slippers in room wasn't provided. Pools were similar, nothing special, wouldn't pay only for that.

I would like to come back and strongly recommend the place for short or longer holiday.

Very well located rooms, everything easy available. The access to the swimming pools and Aquapark unlimited within the opening hours, numerous attractions. Various and very tasty food. Friendly atmosphere.

Nothing to improve, just keep the standard.

Very pleasant and precise chambermaid Ms Iveta Orolínová, we are very thankful for her excellent work! Hotel is good, new modern rooms in "Seasons". Enough parking. Welness area has enough offers for relax, similarly as in aquapark, good tobogans. Cheeky and funny sauna rituals! Ideal for children. Regional dishes are very tasty

In rooms very poor wifi. On windows we would recommend mosquito netting, without it not possible to ventilate the air. Blue light in room would exchange on red - not possible to sleep with it. In restaurant were missing hygiene: staff did not clean tables, neither did not change tablecloth after guests which were eating there before - new cutleries put (in white gloves) just on dirty tablecloth. Floor which is without carpet is all the time slippery and gluey from dirt - absolutelly not even 3*. In welness area are missing informations for some guests how to use correctly saunas. Some people are sitting in wet saunas with towels, or in dry saunas without towels directly on wood, many people do not take shower and jumping immediately into cooling pool. On each corner should be lots of instructions how to use saunas. Some toilets in aquapark are incredibly stinky - in the morning it is strange - why were not cleaned?

Great activity site with great staff, let down by bad air con and evening buffet.

Mixed review, the water park and wellness centre are superb. The rooms were of a good 4 star hotel standard and the bathrooms were well appointed.

The air con in our room was shocking, it was incredibly noisy so we had to turn it off but the temperature in the corridor must have been 40 degrees plus, so the room was like an oven. The breakfast was really good, but the evening meal wasn't.

The rooms were nice and comfy and clean. The wellness area was really good. Reception were really nice and very helpful!!

How busy the aquacity was ( but to be expected as lots of kids visiting). Quite confusing layout. Limited food and drink options

Always a pleasant experience - Happy to come back in the future.

We have visited Aquacity Seasons hotel multiple times. We love it! Having everything under one roof is priceless. Hotel restaurant, pools and wellness area are top quality. Staff is nice and helpful.

Prices of meals in the Aquapark food court and drinks in pool bar are ridiculously high - smart pricing strategy, not to have the pool bar full of kids and long queues waiting for lunch. The floor in the food court area on the way to Diamond pools is very slippery - I would recommend replacing the ceramic in the future reconstruction.

Nice upgrades to the All Seasons side. Mountain View could use some updating. Service staff could use some more training

Our sons stayed in the All Seasons side and it was completely renovated since the last time we were there. They were very nice and the kids (actually they’re grown men lol) were very comfortable. The reception staff were very nice and helpful during our stay.

My husband and I stayed on the Mountain View side and it wasn’t as nice. The air conditioner didn’t work very well and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The staff in the restaurant and at the pool bars were not very attentive. But it seems that is the case most places post covid.

I enjoyed the spa private pool and infrared saunas. also, the dinners . Dominic, in the cafe restaurant, was especially attentive, professional, and helpful.

spas and pool open too late and close early. they should be open 8am-10pm. that is why i chose a spa hotel. overcrowded with non hotel guests.

Very well designed welness and many options for sauna. The pool in the wellness was perfect for couples and groups

The outside hot pool is relatively small. Also a bar would be good in the outside pool. Double bed was merge of 2 single bed was not very comfortable for couples
