First of all, we ejoyed the room and its amenities: lots of space, smart room layout, comfortable bed and pillows, nice bathroom. Then, the hotel location was particularly convenient from practical point of view as it allowed walking distance to many places and venues I needed to visit (NB: not to miss the close vicinity to Warszawa Centralna railway station).

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and there was a pillow menu. Nespresso machine and pods provided.
Communication from maintenance/management after faulty aircon was reported. Breakfast was ok, but empty dishes were not refilled timeously. Also, potato röstis were dry and over cooked. Bacon was dripping with oil. Staff around breakfast area were not very friendly. The concierge was also not over enthusiastic about assisting us when we reported faulty aircon.
