The location is superb. Proximity to Hilton helps also. The apartment itself is very spacious. Easy to check in.
No ACs. Not super clean. Problems with hot water.

Everything was as expected, clean apartment with all facilities, parking and a Biedronka nearby. The booking and checking-in was smooth. The owner arranged for an additional duvet without a fuss. The location was good and relatively close to the metro line. We have had a great stay.
The TV was a little small and dated and it mattered because of the world cup. Other than that, everything was great.

Location
For the price in a city as Warsaw i was expecting something more interesting. It was flat, annoying, dark,unconfortable bed, terrible bed. No toileteries...

The location is central and good
The room did not match any of the photos shown in the listing. The check-in instructions were only sent after the agreed check-in time, when we were already supposed to have accessed the room, and only after we had paid for parking. The parking fee also had to be paid through a random third-party payment platform instead of through Booking, which did not inspire confidence or improve the overall experience. Communication was slow and unclear.
The rooms were clean, but outdated and heavily worn. Everything from the loose room door to the melted plastic on the washing machine reflected the poor condition of the property.
