Dziękujemy za przemiły wieczór Sylwestrowy zorganizowany w hotelu z muzyką na żywo.

Zmiana pokoju na apartament.

Nikt z obsługi nie potrafił udzielić odpowiedzi na podstawowe pytania. Przykład (obsługa nie znała odpowiedzi na pytanie co będzie organizowane w wieczór sylwestrowy, nie znała odpowiedzi na pytanie czy na strefę basenowa można zamawiać drinki, nie znała odpowiedzi na pytanie dotyczące pokoi z widokami itp). Jedyna bardzo kompetentna osoba to sam pan menager, który profesjonalnie stanął na wysokości zadania. Gdyby nie jego pomoc na pewno byśmy w tym hotelu nie zostali.

Номер чистий, зручний, все дуже якісне. Є кава, чай, вода. Є тапочки і халат. Місцерозташування дуже зручне, тихо і недалеко від центру.

La posizione ottimale vicina alla città vecchia e vicinissima alla stazione. Albergo super pulito e stanza pulita e accogliente,macchina e cialde per il caffè in camera, acqua a disposizione...insomma da consigliare vivamente.

Really good hotel

The cleanliness is amazing in rooms. Breakfast buffet is delicious and there is huge variety, the a la carte menu for breakfast needs some improvement, the dishes are tasteless. Great location in city center. The gym and pool facilities are top notch !

Breakfast very good and fresh, comfort bed and enough pillows.

No mini bar, slow computer in reception. Chek-in took a lot of time. My company invoice info i sent together with my booking but it never arrived to your reception.

Fantastic stay

It was an amazing experience. Lovely smell in the hotel was everywhere from the entrance. I was really impressed with the cleanness of all the property. The staff were super helpful and professional, friendly. really lovely stay.

I liked that the Hotel had a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, however I was not impressed with customers hogging onto the beds with the towels where nowhere around.

Engagement with the customer service by check in was top notch 10/10. Check in super. Breakfast super.

The customer service at the bar and restaurant was abysmal. Horrible. My partner wanted to leave after she got scolded by the lady behind the bar (who wasn't guest friendly for what you would expect in a 5* Radisson) - the competition in Warsaw is fierce. And she didn't want to come back to this hotel, and if my employer ever sends me here again, she'd rather sleep in the car. While the Radisson in Krakow for example (star lower) is top notch. Rating at the bar and restaurant a 0/10. It felt like a two star pub.

Totally recommend this hotel, perfect location for Old town and New town

The Hotel is modern, clean and the staff are excellent, a top class in hotel in a great location. The hotel smells really nice too:)) Sports facility is great too.

4/5. I would like to visit again just to see if we were a bit unlucky.

Very comfortable beds, great coffee in the room ,breakfast was very good, not excellent but good , swimming pool was lovely but one of the saunas wasn’t working on both days of our stay. Overall design was appealing.

Check in was unpleasant. As the first face to face contact with the establishment this is where you should shine the most. Unfortunately our receptionist was dull, uninterested, not informative and borderline rude. Daniel if you are reading this, maybe this is not the job/ position for you.
