On the positive side, the hotel itself is quite good and modern inside. There is a large and stylish bar, which is a nice place to spend time in the evening.
The location is also very convenient — close to the city center, with many shops nearby, including Starbucks and various cafés. There is also a great food court with bars within walking distance, offering a good place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
The staff did not seem very welcoming, no one at the reception smiled)) and we were not informed about the breakfast hours. Everything need to asked.
Upon check-in, we were asked whether we needed daily housekeeping, and we confirmed that we did. However, the room was cleaned only once, and that was after we specifically requested it.
There is no proper place in the room to dry towels. There is also a coffee machine, but you can only use it for free once — after that, you need to purchase capsules at the reception. This feels quite odd, as having a coffee machine creates the expectation that coffee would be available throughout the stay.
The bathroom door does not close properly — it remains partially open and is semi-transparent, which can be uncomfortable, especially when staying as a couple.
The windows face the train station and a road, so it gets quite noisy early in the morning, starting from around 5 AM.
The breakfast looked quite extensive at first glance, but in reality, the selection was rather limited. There was only one type of eggs available — scrambled eggs. The rest of the food selection felt unusual for breakfast, including baked apples, pudding, two types of sausages, beans, and porridge.
There were also many mayonnaise-based salads, herring, and fish in oil, which seem more suitable for lunch or dinner rather than breakfast. Overall, the selection did not quite match typical breakfast expectations.
On the positive side, there was a good salad bar and a wide variety of muesli. However, if you are traveling with children, it may be difficult to find suitable food for them, as many of the options are quite specific and not very child-friendly.
