The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants nearby. Old Town is a little bit of a walk, but not too bad.

Great location near train station. Lovely large room with 3 chairs. Very nice breakfast.
Crowded with tour groups, especially at breakfast. Dangerous deep bathtub, shower is lukewarm at best.

We had a wonderful stay at Polonia Palace Hotel in Warsaw. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it a pleasure to relax after a day of exploring. The location is excellent, with many attractions and transport options nearby. A beautiful hotel with great service and an ideal location — highly recommended!

The location was good and the hotel building was grand. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was on the 7th floor and the lifts were very quick.
I always make the air conditioning a priority, as well as a firm bed and a good shower unit. All 3 were not that good, especially the air conditioning which had little control features and hardly worked at all to keep the room cool at night.
