I often stay at this hotel and usually have a very good experience. The location is excellent, the breakfast is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
This time, unfortunately, there was no coffee machine or coffee in the room. Also, when I checked in, it seemed that the room had not been cleaned as thoroughly as usual. Apart from that, everything was fine

Fantastic location situated minutes from the old town Nowy Świąt st full of restaurants . Fabulous friendly staff and the beds were so comfortable- would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone staying in Warsaw. Loved the pool area too

Amazing beds, great location, good gym and great pool.
The room A/C was not cold at all, they said 21 degrees but definitely warmer than that. Staff was fine, never SUPER nice, just plain ok.
