I had stayed at the hotel previously & loved it-I was disappointed on this occasion
The room was perfect
I was overcharged , paid booking .com & The Bristol hotel
The breakfast was expensive & disappointing-my wife asked for a vegetarian omelette & it contained ham
The staff were not very helpful
