Cleanliness

Location is perfect, easy access to Old Town. Very quite room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast options.

Was surprised to see the cleaning of rooms doesn't match the level of the hotel. That is disappointing.

Charming hotel in historical city centre

Perfect retreat within city centre. Cosy atmosphere, sopfhisticated, nicely decorated room. Conference stay, anyway relaxed feeling thanks to hotel settings.

Perfection!

Beautiful facility and so close to Old Town Square! We were able to pop over there everyday for dinners and ice cream. Perfect place right on the outskirts of the busy part of town.

Outstanding outside appearance, very pleasant staff. Lacks interior atmosphere and character.

Location was good. We were given assistance with our luggage. The room was reasonable size for a one night stay. Breakfast was good and cooked to order. We ate it in the outdoor restaurant. The Scrambled egg was more a mixed up omelette with the white and yellow of the egg on show but it was tasty. The freshly squeezed juice was delightful. We did request the hotel staff to book a taxi to take us to the airport with a special request we needed something to carry two sets of golf clubs,2 suitcases & 2 people It turned up on time and was perfect for our needs. Interior Decor is lovely though has very "cold" & empty feeling.

Having a small bathroom with a shower over the bath isn't really acceptable in an establishment of this level. There was a rail for hanging clothes so had we been staying a few days it really wouldn't have worked for us (2 LADIES with dresses etc ) A question I always ask in hotels is WHY do they have hairdryers where there is a button to keep continually pressed to get it to work !!???? This one was no exception and for a woman drying & styling her hair it is extremely difficult Then there is the usual problem of trying to work out the complicated light switches, Why was the switch for the bedside lights hanging on the far side of the bedside tables ??? so difficult to find in the dark. The bar area looked great but really is an area that you pass through rather than sit in. It is very stark and there was no one serving behind the bar it didn't appeal. We didn't see any other guests there either. The restaurant was pleasant and the food we received was good but due to a language misunderstanding only one meal turned up. The second meal was cooked quickly meaning the fish was perfect but the risotto was not cooked properly. There isn't a concierge on the desk so although willing & very pleasant staff the assistance given about the area was not particulalry helpful.

Friendly service but overall experience not quite up to the marks of a 5 star hotel. (why a casino in the Center of the building instead of a high class restaurant? Quite empty/unfurnished lounge area).

Best hotel in Warszawa...Hotel Bellotto.

The hotel and our room exceeded our expectations. It was wonderful. Staff were outstanding in all areas of the hotel. Food was good, room service was good, and the spa service was exceptional. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and cigar lounge. The hotel is located in a perfect location within Old Town. We will come back, and I highly recommend the Hotel Bellotto.

Great Hotel - Highly Recommend

The hotel is beautiful. Regal yet not over the top. I wanted to explore more of Warsaw but was so drained from all of my exploring for the week I didn't mind just relaxing in the bed lol. The location is ideal. It was quiet at night so I could actually rest yet very close to the center of town (Stare Miasto). There are an abundance of good restaurants in the area. I loved the complimentary Nespresso coffee plus sparkling water and still water. The tub was nice for a relaxing bath. Very nice front desk staff. While there is no lift someone will carry your luggage to your room. I appreciated that because my luggage is very heavy and I wasn't feeling well part of the time. I have to admit I tend to stick to Airbnb except for in the city. It was good to be pampered and not have to clean and worry about codes for locks, etc.

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Great stay in this lovely hotel.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location just 5 minutes on foot from the Old Town. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Adrian made my stay perfect

It’s a magnificent hotel with amazing facilities and even better staff; in particular, a young man working on their front desk in the evening (Adrian) was very helpful and made my stay so much more enjoyable because of the advice he was able to give me about where to go.

Fantastic experience and would highly recommend to anyone. First class

Staff were fantastic and very accommodating. There were problems caused by our airline that ruined our stay, however the hotel went above and beyond to make us more comfortable and to try to make up for the damage caused by the airline.

Hotel Bellotto....... a very very fine hotel

located in the old town, the property is a former palace that has been renovated to the highest of standards. There are many 5* hotels that are quite ordinary...... Hotel Bellotto is not ordinary. it is tasteful and magnificent. The staff are wonderful, special mention to Adrian on reception, a lovely guy. Miadova and Foccacia the in house coffee shop and Italian restaurant are well worth trying. Bellotto ...... a very special hotel, definitely one of my favourite stays.

Beautiful architecture building. Perfect location.

Beautiful architecture and grounds. Great location. Comfortable and luxurious rooms. Excellent restaurant and outdoor Bistro wonderful at night. Refrigerator stocked and water always available. The wonderful staff was so helpful and happy to assist with stairs and luggage.

The lift was no working and the beautiful staircase is step and long. Then more stairs down. I am elderly so it was a hardship for me.

Beautiful atmosphere. Romantic and clise to Old Tiwn Square.

Beautiful architecture. Great location to Royal Castle Square. Rooms beautifully appointed. Comfortable and cosy beds. clean. Restaurant and outdoor dining wonderful. Food was fabulous and Italian wine the best. Parking on site right out front. Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Good English. Wifi excellent. AC good in rooms.

NO ELEVATOR. I am elderly and have bad knees so this was really a problem. Lots of stairs up, then down. It was challenging and difficult. They have an elevator but it is not working and I don’t think it has worked for sometime. Coffee and hot water in rooms but fresh coffee was a long way away to restaurant. A big place so lots of walking and stairs. I had to plan very carefully. Staff was wonderful and so helpful and that made all the difference. The hotel entrance needs a bit of power washing. Not impressive but understand it’s historic significance.

A beautiful hotel with good facilities and close to the Old City around the corner

We had a wonderful stay at the Bellotto Hotel in Warsaw which was improved by the fact that we received a free upgrade to one of the apartments which were large, light and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed at meals at the Hotel's Focaccia restaurant as well as the ice creams and desserts at the Hotel's cafe. The common areas were also comfortable and beautifully presented. I look forward to staying there again the next time I am in Warsaw.
