The location is perfect, many spots are in walking distance. The room was tidy and well stocked (we appreciated pairs of slippers and bathroom stuff).
Outside noise at night was crazy. It was hard to sleep even with windows closed.

This is my fourth time staying at this place in Warsaw, and I have never been disappointed – it has a great location, with lots of restaurants and authentic shops nearby. Communication with the hotel is prompt and informative. The parking lot right at the hotel entrance is safe and convenient.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location of the hotel was excellent — very convenient and close to everything we needed. It was definitely good value for money, especially considering the area. One thing we really appreciated was how warm and cozy the room was, even though it was quite breezy outside. That made our stay very comfortable.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness could have been better. There was a thick layer of dust on top of the coffee machine and sugar granules left on the tray with the cups, which gave the impression that the area hadn’t been properly cleaned. Additionally, some tiles in the bathroom were broken, and the walls had visible stains and marks that made the room look less well-maintained.

The room was very nice. Large, well designed and clean. Location is great, right at the center.
The whole no staff system is just very anoying. It feels like you work for the hotel. There's a form to feel in advance so you get the passcode and the instructions. And there's a 6 digit code on 3 diferent doors just to enter your room every time. And you need to do that for breakfast as well... bcz it's in a cafe around the corner. Maybe if you stay more then 1 night, you get used to it, but I like having a person to talk to...
