Everything about the hotel was cosy and comfortable. Big, elegant rooms, friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Good seating areas with a nice vibe and close to old town. Characterful building

Lovely place, close to the old town but far away to be quiet and peaceful. Very short walk to restaurant, shops, stores, all kind of museums.
Cleaning staff did a great job, left our room fresh and perfect.
When we figured out we were hungry and nothing was open nearby (past midnight on Sunday!) the reception got as delicious room service straight to us, even thought I have special dietary needs.
Staff spoke perfect English, we had no issues communicating at all.
Although overall cleanliness was good, I did have an issue within few things. The shower by the SPA zone was not perfect, I even think I spotted some mold which is not good enough for such an establishment. Similarly, showers in the room by the rubber seals could be cleaned better, or the rubber should be replaced periodically.

Loved the pool, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff - and the breakfast was absolutely top tier!
We thought it was very well located, and we would definitely recommend to friends and family.
This was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, and we travel a lot.
