The location was excellent and easily accessible by both taxi and public transport. The surrounding area was calm and peaceful, with plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and other amenities within walking distance.
Most of the items in the apartment appeared to be quite worn out, particularly the dishwasher and cupboards. The furniture was also dusty, and the cushion covers did not appear to have been cleaned properly. Overall, the apartment would benefit from better maintenance and more thorough cleaning. The intercom was also not working.

What we did like was that the apartment was not too far from the tram stop and a metro line. It was in a safe area. It had a washer, which is always a plus. There is a convenience store and some restaurants nearby. The breakfast was good at the cat cafe.
The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. The AC did not sufficiently cool the unit. It was too hot. There are no blackout curtains, so light comes streaming in as early as 3:30 am in the summer. We were staying on a weekend and it was pretty noisy outside. We had to keep windows open because the unit was hot…so that brought in a lot of noise from weekend social gatherings. The property looks newer on the outside, but was a little sad on the inside. Though the apartment served its purpose, some basic maintenance was needed.
