Beautiful accomodation near the beach

Everything. This place was exactly what we were looking for and very close to both the town and the beach.

Check in was ambiguous as I didn’t receive the text message but this was quickly fixed

Perfect recharge

I loved the location. It was quiet and central to lots of areas. It wasn’t too far to walk into town however I like to walk.

The only tiny thing I could say for improvement however isn’t a priority is the blinds in the bedroom. It would have been nice if they were block out.

Perfect holiday location and accommodation in the Fish Pen in Merimbula.

The property was extremely clean and comfortable. It was in a great location, very convenient and quiet. The Owners were very helpful and friendly.

No real complaints.

Ideal Apartment for Two.

Quiet location, with the exception of the odd plane taking off from the nearby airport- but not often enough to bother us. Ample space for two people with a lounge/kitchen, seperate bedroom and ensuite bathroom. Premises were nicely presented and clean. Had everything needed for a holiday e.g. air freshener, fly spray, washer/dryer….and even a pair of scissors! Good communications from owners.

Our only two very minor negatives (given as constructive feedback) were that the bathroom extraction fan was heavy with dust and the washing machine had black gunk in between the rubber seal which required wiping out (recommend wiping after each guest stay and leaving door open to allow it to air).

this is an excellent place to relax.

Seashells is a small block and meticulously kept. It had everything that we needed and was in an excellent location near the lake and the sea. Michael was always around to help if needed.

A small comment is that could have had more kitchen crockery so that we could use the dishwasher. There were the minimum of plates , cups and glasses. The pool is small and at certain times shaded but it is close to the sea.

Close to the beach

it’s really close to the beach, the room was very clean and comfortable.

the wifi was quite patchy and the shower water pressure wasn’t great.

Location was great for the beach and cafe/fish n chip shop. Bed was super comfy Plenty of room for family 3. Communication with owners was excellent

Had issues with the washing machine/dryer. Dryer took 4 hours to dry socks and jocks plus it sat on 6 mins for over 30 mins!

Relaxing and inviting stay!

Perfectly located close to the beach and within walking distance to the town centre. Michael the owner was very welcoming and helpful. We felt right at home.

Relaxing, satisfying and prime location.

The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, beds were comfy enough. The kitchen was fully functional with a decent dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, etc. which made everyday stuff a breeze. The location was fantastic, right next to the beach (and a great fish and chip shop) and just a short 5 minute drive from the centre of town. The owners were fantastic, helpful and friendly.

Only one gripe, the parking spot was extremely tight for our apartment!

The apartment was sparkling clean, the hosts were wonderful. The only negative was the shower. It had poor water pressure and the hot water ran out after a couple of minutes.

Excellent position, management, newly refurbished we’ll set out rooms

Excellent location, best inMerrimbula , between the beach and inland water. Flat walk to town and boardwalks. Quiet. Extra safe off accommodation parking. Close to coffee and takeaway food and meals.
