The hotel has in good location.

Very enjoyable stay and for the money it is good value. Walking Street is currently undergoing a massive renovation but

very handily located to Beach Road and you can easily walk to a lot of bars and restaurants. Mikes Shopping Centre is also a short distance away. The property itself was in good condition and staff were most helpful in assisting with any inquiries. The rooms were quite comfortable. I did hear comments from another guest that the hot water in their shower was intermittent but mine was fine.

Nothing really. The pool on the 8th floor requires work on the ladder to get in and out. The brackets are almost broken and will eventually give way.

have been to pattaya before,last there,february 2020, big changes in resort, due to covid

pool was very good. but ladder to enter or exit pool was dangerous

i originally booked sister hotel,which was closed, this would have given me a sea view from room, which is what i wanted

I booked another hotel same brand, really on beach road but because it's in renovation, not my choic

Very close beach road, swimming pool, quiet, balcony, table and 2 seats for eating or other

Swimming pool very small (7m). On top of hotel, mean need wait no sun if you intend swim long time (no shadow). No safe box (except at lobby but not very fine)

I got Corona during my stay. The owner of the hotel took care very well of me during my quarantine period in the hotel. A big thanks for it.

This hotel is closed and they move you to the sister hotel.

This was not the hotel I was put up in. it’s closed for refurbishment apparently but they are wrongly still accepting bookings and putting guests in the lower standard sister hotel near by. The staff were not accommodating or helpful.

It wasn’t the hotel I booked and no information about this before my arrival made it very stressful trying to find the AA golden beach in the dark. Staff were very blunt rude and unhelpful. Not the friendly standard common in Thailand Also at 8:30am a man hotel worker unlocked my door - he didn’t knock, he wasn’t housekeeping. I’m glad I was awake but very uncomfortable experience. I may have wanted a lye in. He had no right or need to enter - what was his business?

Good value for money in a budget hotel.

Location. Close to everything. Staff very friendly. Rooftop pool.

Facility a little run down. Needs paint. No coffee available in morning.

No breakfast. No tea or coffee in room. Partner liked because over looking sea. Up graded hotel no good view.

Getting the room at cost price still paid up graded price. No rebate discount. Telephone number on web page no work.
