Peaceful, great value, unique, excellent option. Especially for the money.

App for door locks was great. Pool amazing.

The self obsessed “DJ” who decided it was time to ramp it up to 11 at 5 PM when everyone was chill. Everybody left. Why we needed a guy to play music bewilders me. Everyone was jamming to their own music and all of a sudden he smashes into nightclub house party with a bunch of 40+ couples around the pool writing novels and reading. Vent complete. Read the room, dude.

Diría que el lugar es espectacular pero ese detalle con el personal nos dejo un mal sabor de boca

El lugar super moderno, todo muy limpio, la música excelente, todas las amenidades que ofrecen, la alberca y el personal muy amable

Que una persona del hotel ingreso a la habitación a pesar de que nos encontrábamos ahí y tenía el letrero de no molestar

mal sabor de boca en relación a lo que ustedes me envían que es la reservación y lo que me dieron en

en la reservación que hice con ustedes mencionaban que tenia un crédito de 1000 pesos en alimentos y bebidas y cuando llegue al establecimiento les mencioné lo del crédito y me dijeron que no que solamente si consumía mas de 5000 pesos hacían el descuento de 1000 pesos así que les pido que me aclaren esto pues es de muy mal gusto esto , asi que pague todo pero esto realmente me disgusto....................

Mio- It's OK with a little snazz!

We really like the location of the Mio. And we really enjoy the rooftop deck drinks are pretty reasonably priced except they play the music way too loud up there . The showers are excellent!

The staff doesn't really seem to know what's going on. When you ask a question, they don't know the answer and have to run around and try to find out why you are standing there waiting. Also, the rooms do not come with ice buckets, you cannot get from one floor to the next unless you are going down other than the rooftop deck. If you have friends on one floor above you, Etc, you can not visit unless you take the stairs. Plus, there is ice on only every second floor, so if you are on a floor without ice, you have to take the staircase to get it. You can order it from room service but it can take up to 2 hours to get there. So if you were disabled you would have to ask for an even floor where there is ice.

Puntuación de viajero experto 9/10 Que había algunas personas muy tomadas haciendo desorden. Ojo, no es que esté en contra del alcohol (a mi me encantaaaa tomar) solo que estaban las típicas personas que no saben tomar y se ponen a armar espectáculos desagradables. La gerencia lo permite y eso es lo peor jeje, de ahí en fuera todo ok!

A very nice hotel!

This is my second time here. I spend many weeks at a rental and then come to Mio before heading back to the States. Very comfy and clean and well-appointed.

For older individuals or those with balance issues, it would be wise to put a grab bar in the shower. Also, maybe a couple of quiet hours at the pool? Not everyone wants to hear the constant drone of synthesized music all day long. 😉

Un poco decepcionada porque me cambiaron de hotel

Me gustan las instalaciones de Hotel Mio, son muy limpias, la terraza es muy bonita y el personal muy amable.

Yo hice una reservación en Hotel Mio, la cual fue confirmada sin problema, pero al hacer el check in me dijeron que no había habitaciones disponibles en esa torre y me mandaron al hotel Friendly fun, cosa con la que yo no estaba de acuerdo pero no tenía tiempo de buscar otro hotel.

It's got everything you need.

The rooms have what you need. Modern working showers, AC and TV, it's set up to cast devices to the screen to view movies and things! High speed internet faster than I have at home. About 300mbps up and down. Staff was great to assist with translation, small requests, etc. House keeping put up with our shifting schedule. Sleeping in, leaving early, 😴 I stayed just over two weeks, it was home away from home. Close to shopping centre. Beach access through resort next door included.

A bit noisy on the street side. But I got used to it. Definitely going to get a room on other side of building next time. Wish the food and drinks selection was better.

Great hotel overall. I would stay again and would reccomend staying here!

Very clean and classy hotel. Prices were very affordable compared to other high end hotels. Room service was affordable and tasty! Would highly recommend staying here.

Drinks are definitely on the expensive side but thats a given. Aside from that, no bad things to say.

Lo que no me agradó fué el diseño de la alberca. En mi opinión hay poco espacio para tomar sol porque los camastros están bajo techo y ocupan mucho espacio. Me sentí dentro de una cápsula al estar en la alberca.

I plan to go back!

Good location. I liked that it was near a private beach but still a 10 min uber from the public/hang-out beaches. I liked that there was a food court across the street and a mall.

Great room, comfortable bed, adults only, friendly staff.

I liked that it was Adults Only, I liked that it wasn't in the madness of it all but it was safe and felt central to everywhere we wanted to go was a $5 uber ride away. The staff was lovely and the rooms were bigger that I expected. The first night we were there we had a shower head issue and it was fixed in the blink of an eye.

I didn't like that the jacuzzi wasn't working for the duration of the time we were there. But the pool was lovely as well. I think it might have been nice for the hotel bar to have a happy hour deal. I didn't eat the breakfast but to be honest for the prize I just knew I'd get better food outside the hotel.

Good place to spend a few nights!

This is our third time here. We love the pool and the fact that it is pet friendly.

The installations need more upkeep: painting, and filling in chipped wood. Nothing big but little details make a difference.

Las habitaciones son impresionantes, modernas y muy cómodas, la piscina se encuentra en la parte de arriba con vistas al mar, el personal muy atento, sobre todo los chavos

El ruido, el hotel está situado en una gran avenida y se escucha los coches pasar, los pitidos, absolutamente todo, nosotros nos encontrábamos en la 5 planta y como a las 6:30 a.m se escuchaba en el piso de arriba maquinas funcionando, era un ruido muy fuerte.

Clean but loud and far from everything.

Our room was very clean and spacious the beds were comfortable. The room had a nice view. It has a larger gym and the rooftop pool is quite nice.

The hotel was so loud. There was construction outside and the hotel is right on a very busy highway. Despite that the windows are single pane so you hear everything. Unless you want to sit on the beach and not leave, there is nothing close by and you need to drive every where. They also insist you use an App for one of your room keys but it doesn't work.

La relación precio-calidad es buena. No es un hotel de lujo pero si de confort y comodidad. La habitación es muy amplia, tiene balcón con buen espacio, limpieza, la cama king size esta bien aunque un poco dura, en la habitación que me tocó no entraba ruido de afuera así que pude descansar muy bien. El estacionamiento esta accesible y cómodo. El personal es amable en general.

No es la ubicación más conveniente si quieres estar cerca del centro, pero esto no tiene nada que ver con la calidad del hotel.
