Decent not bad.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean and updated. Very modern and not like your typical hotel room.

Cleaned the air vents on the AC. Vents needs to be dusted and cleaned. Paid parking sucked even if you weren’t valet. From the walk to the parking lot it should have to be paid.

Nice hotel, excellent staff, but they must correct the hot water access to the upper floors.

Very nice staff, from the front desk to the bar we were treated with respect and a smiling face.

We could not get hot water in the room until we ran the water for 5-7 minutes. It turned out to be pretty frustrating when trying to make a dinner appointment.

10000% obsessed with everything about The Brut.

I would seriously come back to Tulsa JUST to stay at The Brut. Super welcoming staff, coffee bar in the lobby and an amazing rooftop restaurant! The room was so beautiful I walked in and was blown away. It had such a tranquil vibe. It was so perfect for a work trip (or if you’re staying for any other reason too!) I honestly didn’t want to leave the hotel and ate all of my meals there haha. I’ve stayed at a lot of really beautiful hotels but this one is now my favorite. Oh and it SMELLS SO GOOD! Love their signature scent.

Its uniqueness. Not your typical hotel. Had more of a spa vibe.

Would stay again!

Clean, great location, well lit.

Paying separately for parking and having to use an app to do it. Parking is ridiculous in Tulsa. Parking should be included with the room charge and not something people have to do by scanning a code in the parking lot.

It was like some kind of hipster designed a hotel for other hipsters.

There's a restaurant on the roof. It, unfortunately, was a fancy one and I showed up basically wearing paint stained overalls.

More parking would have been nice.

Our stay was more than I could have asked for!

I loved the serene vibe of the brut. Even though we did not get the opportunity to partake in the amenities, we had the most amazing sleep ever. Beautiful room, we will be back!

Amazing!

Second stay at Brut and this room was even nicer than the first stay. Love the rock music when I came in. Just love the overall feel.

Fresh, clean and modern hotel.

Everything but platform area for beds. Husband uses a cane , difficult to maneuver, guess should ask for disability room but didn’t think it necessary until told at checkout.

The comfort and ambience of Brut were exactly what I needed for my solo mom get-away.

Breakfast wasn't provided, but there was a small cafe in the lobby to buy coffee or pastries. The rooms were minimalist and so clean with a nice sitting area. Bed was SO comfy, and the bathroom was well appointed and modern. The food at Soma is delicious, and the bar staff is top notch and extremely attentive.

The coffee was quite pricey, so it would be nice to have another option, either in the lobby or in the hotel's restaurant that is free for guests.

Wonderful, looking forward to booking another staycation in the future.

Everything about the property was amazing, the room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Extremely helpful they did not hesitate to help when needed.

Wonderful hotel with a wonderful staff.

Great location and super friendly staff. The complementary shuttle made getting around Tulsa and to the airport so easy. The coffee bar was wonderful, as were the drinks from the bar on the top floor. The room was gorgeous. I was very happy with my accommodations!

THE place to stay in Tulsa (but don’t tell anyone!)

My 32nd visit to Tulsa and definitely the place to stay

Rooms need USB charging points, stylish desks/chairs hopeless for working at - they look good, but are not functional. A/C v noisy Did not detract from good hotel though

New, stylish, comfortable, and clean!

Super clean and cute. Best sleep we’ve had so far on our roadtrip! This hotel just opened so everything is new.

Very comfortable stay!

The bed and pillows were very comfortable! The room was very quiet. I slept very well! Towels were large and very absorbant, which I like. I appreciated the complemetary robe as it was very cold in my room until the heater kicked in!

There was a coffee maker, but the coffee had to be stirred vigorously to dissolve. There were no swizzle sticks or spoons provided to stir. I uses the ice tongs! My only other complaint is that the floors, room and bathrrom, were very cold due to being concrete. They do provide slippers.

Clean and comfortable. Rooms were underwhelming.

The blackout curtains were very nice. The pillows were good and the staff was nice. Good location.

Rooms are stark. I get that is the look you are going for, but there was no chair with a light. Bathroom floor is cold. Someone might kill themselves stepping off the platform at night - not too practical IMHO. The coffee situation could be improved.

Beautiful new hotel with great staff and superb amenities

The hotel just opened, and the room was amazing! Very spacious and roomy. The layout was nice and open. The bathroom was perfect! Great shower, all clean, superb water pressure! The rooftop restaurant was incredible!

They don't have the vending machines right now, but they are coming soon, so your options for onsite quick snacks and drinks is limited. However, the food served at the coffee bar was excellent!

Great place to stay with easy access to Downtown.

The decor was very relaxing and refreshing...

Closet was in the bathroom area...and the in room refrigerator light remains on....no shelf in the shower ir bench for handicap.

Best of the Best…Hotel and staff…Thank you!❤️

Everyone was so nice the room and Hotel was beautifully decorated and clean from the roof top restaurant to the lounge and cafe area. The staff was awesome and the shuttle driver Jonathan was very nice and knowledgeable. Next time I go to Tulsa I will definitely stay there. Very reasonably price too!

The roof top restaurant closed at 9:30pm way too early.

Het was een fijn, relaxed en brut hotel( veel groen, hout en beton materialen)

Super lokatie, centraal gelegen met veel groen in de omgeving. Heerlijk rooftop terras met mooi uitzicht.

De kamer Schoonmaakservice had beter gekund, moesten er zelf meerdere dagen om vragen. Dan werd het wel weer geregeld.
